This location cuts their meat thinner than other locations, they also weigh the sandwich to make sure they’re not giving you too much meat. The onions are terrible, not fresh at all. They’re definitely from a few days ago. I’ll still go back because there’s not another location anywhere near me, but I hope they improve their standards after seeing this post

The majority of people that work here are teenagers, but the service is still very nice. Me and my family come here very frequently for a quick bite for lunch, and they never disappoint. The food always tastes very delicious. During busy times (lunchtime specifically), you might have to wait 5-10 minutes in line, but it’s worth it!

My family and I frequent this store often. Recently, we placed an online order and named our daughter’s sandwich “The Dinosaur” since she loves them. When we got home, we were surprised to see the dinosaur drawing with the “The Dinosaur” written with it. My daughter loved it so much and enjoyed eating her sub, too. Employees clearly care about own conversation over serving customers. Came in around 2:30-3:00 yesterday the 18th and I was literally standing there waiting for my order to be placed (no one was in front of me) and the lady was too busy conversing with co worker about how horrible the day was and just complaining the entire time. I come in during lunch occasionally and it seems like it’s the same everyday so if I were you I would avoid this place during those hours

Yikes! Scared to eat my sandwich… snapped a quick picture of trash on the floor that included wrappers, used gloves, receipts, and food. Also pictured, the cashier who just handled money and is packaging up sandwiches with no gloves. (Not pictured: man with full length beard that had no cover making my sandwich)

I’ve frequented this place for a while and I gotta say this new lady in charge is not it. She’s very pushy with certain things such as signing up for rewards, will practically do it for you to get you to sign up. I get promoting things but there’s gotta be a different way to go about it. Also talks very loud to employees about Asian and African American people in a snarky and almost racist tone. She also can be very rude to employees at times and very loudly calls them out on things they do wrong. I’ve always loved this place and have always had the pleasure of being in a kind and fun environment but whoever this new lady is needs to go. Coming from someone who’s worked in food management, this is not the type of person you want representing your store. Very disappointed

Have been out of 2/3 types of bread each of my last 4 visits. Also had a mobile order that they just changed and used a different bread & didn’t inform me or ask if I wanted to change it to a wrap, sub, etc. A lot of immature kids working here.
