The restaurant’s warm vibe and stylish interior made the experience even better. Our waitress Ann was also very helpful and sweet. And fun fact: right across is a facial spa owned by the same team!
In fact, we were very impressed with everything. We ordered a lot for just two adults and two kids because we were so excited to try everything, and we ended up with plenty to take home. As a Malaysian, I can say I 100% approve of the food!
The service was superb! Our server, Lucas, was amazing and attentive. Lucas, if you’re reading this – thank you for making our day! You’re the best!
Definitely don’t miss the Sauna Mae — it’s an incredible fusion dish that feels like a cross between Korean hot pot and Vietnamese pho. Rich broth, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of spice.
Our server, Lucas, was outstanding — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He made great recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Highly recommend checking this spot out if you’re looking for something flavorful, creative, and different.
There is a facial spa next door so you can do a combined trip if you fancy
I have been wanting to try this place, just a little apprehensive since I am a bit leery “healthy” food.
We settled on the Pork Curry Dumplings and Shrimp and Pork Dumplings to start. For the main course, we shared the Evergreen sushi roll and Chicken Satay with Typhoon Shelter Broccoli as the side.
Everything was fantastic. The dumplings were on point. The sushi roll was a nice diversion from the hot food. The seasoning on the chicken satay was great – difficult to taste some of the spices listed though unfortunately. Occasionally, less is better with spices. And the broccoli was fantastic – a great garlic flavor and the fermented soy beans added the right punch.
The food was so good! The Chinese radish cake, the eggplant with garlic, and the chili shrimp fried rice were the highlights for us, but everything was delicious! And the sauces were truly made with love and care. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by their sauces and these did *not* disappoint. They also have a few nice non-alcoholic cocktail options, which I really appreciate! My partner and I finished with the Hong Kong Egg Tarts which were sooo good, and I’m not even a dessert person typically.
