Sad and Disappointed! We ordered Uber Eats for delivery and waited a hour because weather was bad. The buy one get one free wings showed up looking burned, smelling burned, and tasted burned. The “cook” or “chef ” should have NEVER allowed that order to leave their kitchen. When I called and made the Manager aware, she apologized and ask that we bring the food back. Wow!!! Maybe she missed the part of DELIVERY ORDER… not so we can bring food to you. We are asked to support our businesses but if you want me to waste my time and my money, I will NEVER support this type of customer care. I will NOT hold on to burned food for you to understand QA, which is your responsibility for every piece of food that leaves your kitchen. You can have my money and the trash can have your food. So disappointed!!! I do not recommend this restaurant based on QUALITY OF FOOD AND SERVICE.

If you don’t care for international vibes mixed with up north and down south…this ain’t the place for you. If you do not like smoke in the air…exit immediately. This place is one of the reasons why I love being outside. The music and the food is great and the drinks are strong and my personal preference…fruity. love being here ❤️

Jamerican Lounge is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been to in a while. From the second I walked in, the vibe was on point—super chill, welcoming, and full of good energy. The staff was so friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home without hovering. Now the food? Absolutely fire. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right kick, and the oxtail was so tender it fell right off the bone. The sides were just as good—flavorful rice and peas, creamy mac and cheese, and sweet plantains that hit the spot. You can tell everything was made fresh and with real care. Honestly, between the amazing food, great service, and laid-back atmosphere, Jamerican Lounge got it all right. I’ll definitely be back.

Food and portions were on point. No complaints there. We’re from Michigan and were in town over the weekend. Our friends told us about this spot and we were really excited to try it out. We had a party of 8. We were only there to enjoy the dining experience and get a feel for the vibes to see how we wanted to play the rest of our night. Upon arrival, we were told that we would have to purchase an $100 bottle to sit at a table. Which I absolutely refused because who pays $100 for a bottle just to sit down to enjoy a dinner? Not me lbs so we were told to relocate our seating to the bar. Which we did, no problem. After ordering our food, another server (not our server) told us that we would have to relocate AGAIN because they were about to start removing the chairs from the bar. At this point I’m a bit frustrated but, we obliged. We could only find a 4 seat table so our party was separated. Half of us was at the bar, half at a table. Then, this same server asked me (with attitude) “why didn’t we just stay at the table we were at in the 1st place?! it’s not like we were gonna be waiting long” Mind you, this is our 1st time here. I’m only doing what the servers are instructing me to do. I have no clue how long the wait would be for food or anything else . Either way, OUR server brought out food out. It was delicious, it was filling and our server was really sweet. While enjoying our dinner, we look over to see that same server girl (not our server) taking chairs away from our friends that were eating at the bar. LITERALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THEM EATING!!!! I couldn’t believe it lol By the end of our experience, we were over it. Real vibe killer. I probably won’t be back.
