I’m from Texas and happened to be working just down the road from this spot. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with provolone, and it was a home run—flavorful, peppery, and perfectly cheesy, as you can see. The meat was tender and juicy, and the fries were packed with flavor too. A solid 10/10. I’ll definitely be back… maybe even tomorrow.

I ordered from Ribeye Philadelphia Steak through Uber Eats, and not only was the food incredible, but the customer service completely exceeded my expectations. One of my items was accidentally left behind by the driver, so I called the restaurant to let them know. To my surprise, they personally delivered the missing item plus extra fries to my door — even though they don’t normally deliver!
That level of care and commitment is rare these days, and I’m extremely grateful for their fast and thoughtful turnaround. The food itself was amazing — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’d want from a top-tier spot.
Huge thank you to the team at Ribeye Philadelphia Steak for going above and beyond. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

The customer service here was very good, I hear they’re even famous on TikTok. I came here after nearby Philadelphia Cheesesteak Factory closed down recently.
I ordered the same thing here that I ordered there but was disappointed. The cheese was a little too sweet with under seasoned steak. The wait was also way too long (around 15-20 minutes), considering there was only one other group waiting for food.
However, I did like the fries. Would I return? Maybe to try their other menu items.

In the shadows of the Mall, we stopped on our evening stroll. I’m totally a No-Go when it comes to food trucks…but we were starving from a day of travel & we decided to give it a shot. So happy we did! Eat here-you won’t regret it.
