Pros: I ordered through the app and the food was ready on time! The woman working the counter was professional
Cons: the bread was old and dry. Half of the flavor for the subs come from their Subways signature delicious fresh baked bread. The vegetables were not fresh. I asked for a toasted sub and it was cold… The samich didn’t taste good, which is a first bad experience with a subway location

Went here tonight and these young guys were working there and was very unprofessional. The first shift ladies are nicer and more professional. This particular person barely wanted to speak and was very dismissive.
The evening crew Need better workers and better attitudes as this location.
I wouldn’t recommend going here until they get better service and or attitudes with some proper coaching.

I had not visited Subways in a good while. The options have changed a bit but they still have delicious meat options, fresh veggies, good condiments plus fresh baked cookies. They deli server was super nice and helpful but struggled a little with his English. It was difficult to communicate and to understand what he said but overall it was good he was eager to help us and make our visit a good one. Restrooms were clean, store was clean. Plenty of parking

There’s a reason why this Subway has poor reviews. Does this look appetizing to you? Jesus christ. What a waste of money. It was suppose to be toasted and the chicken was stone cold. Threw it in the trash and contacting corporate for hopefully a refund. ♀️
Edit: Naveed Rehman the General Manager wrote me an email apologizing for what happened and would contact me via phone on Aug 29th. He never did and I wrote two emails back asking why no one has called me and he didn’t respond to either. My goodness take pride in your work at least. Pathetic at this point.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve never had worse service at a Subway. There were only 2 people eating in the store. No other customer than myself. No greeting at all. There were 2 workers. I stood at the counter waiting to order for about 2 minutes while one lady stood there wiping off the bread racks. Another young man was putting what I’m guessing was an online order in a bag. After several minutes the lady spoke to him and he walked over and asked if he could help me. I asked if the store had veggie patties. He mumbled something and walked off. I thought maybe he was getting some from the back. After several more minutes he came back and started sweeping the floor! Finally the lady stopped wiping the racks and asked me what I wanted. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times as I couldn’t understand her. So while she started my order the young man continued sweeping the floor just a few feet from the counter. As I was placing an order for others and not eating in the store, I asked if I could have the dressing on the side so the sandwiches wouldn’t get mushy. She told me she couldn’t do that. “They don’t give dressing on the side.” Okay. That’s a first. I’m always very generous and give a tip when folks make that extra attempt to make your sandwich well. Needless to say there was no tip given. Once home and went to eat the sandwiches, all parties commented that the bread tasted like day old bread. Worst customer service today at this Subway.

On Monday afternoon, I visited this establishment to place a dinner order and was warmly welcomed by a friendly staff members. Rodrick assisted us with our order and addressed all our inquiries with great helpfulness, while Tatiana also displayed kindness and efficiently processed the orders ahead of ours. Despite the busy environment, they managed the situation smoothly, exhibiting no signs of complaint or stress, which I greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend this location.
