I accidentally ordered take out. I called the restaurant when I realized and they said they would deliver it. The food never came. After waiting for hours, I called again and they would not give me a refund. They were rude to me on the phone. I had to call Slice to get them to refund me. Just a bad experience the whole way around. Would not recommend.

This is the worst pizza and sandwich shop I have ever been to. We ordered delivery. The person who took our order was very rude. My son was very nice. He only asked if they have sweet pizza sauce like this other Cocos. The order they delivered was wrong. A steak sandwich for a chicken Cheesesteak, the fries were disgustingly mushy, and were upcharged. This place is terrible.

I’m very health conscientious and I’ve been to the other Coccos. The location on Haverford Avenue, they do not wash their hands before touching the food or they don’t wear gloves. Twice I’ve been in there since it changed over from the previous owner. I had to ask them to put gloves on when they make my food. I called one day and ordered and told them to make sure they put gloves on before they make my food. So I popped up surprisingly just to see if they were going to do it and they didn’t. I think it’s so important for a restaurant to be health conscience on how they serve their customers. This is unacceptable and I hope the owners read this and put something in place. I’ve always eaten out of the other restaurants, but this restaurant on Haverford Avenue need customer service training On how to serve food. I tried to look for the serve safe certificate on the wall and I did not see it. I’m a personal chef and I have worked at restaurants in the Philadelphia area. I’ve also Chef for a couple of the Philadelphia Eagles and I’ve done kitchen training. So to the owners if you read this, please make the correction because you’re such a good company and I like your food.
