Good food. Not sure if it’s because I usually stop by on the weekend or later in the evening, but there’s usually something out of stock though. Last time it was some meat, the time before that (months ago) it was the Italian herbs bread.
You’re better off going to Baguette, but this Subway is a perfectly okay sandwich place for Saturdays or any other day Baguette is closed.

We generally have good service here. The young lady that has some purple in her hair she’s great and super friendly. Some things that can definitely be worked on are more consistent hours, changing your gloves after ringing up an order before making a sandwich, not gossiping with other employees in front of customers, and smiling more. ☺️

The older woman who is always here was extremely rude to me. I tried to be polite when I asked her to change her gloves after restocking the Ham since we are vegetarian, but it still irritated her. When I asked her to change the paper, too, since she had put her dirty gloves all over it she huffed at me and explained that she was getting around to it. Seriously uncalled for. The other day when we were here the same old woman was snarky with the young girl making my sandwiches because she heated them on the wrong tray. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her. She’s very passive aggressive to employees and customers. She did change the paper, but not before she put her clean gloves all over the dirty paper so it was cross contaminated with ham which is what I had hoped to avoid in the first place.

We came in at 6:40pm as a family to purchase 6 sandwiches. There were a couple of people ahead of us and two workers. We heard the employees talking to other customers about how they didn’t have enough bread for more sandwiches and they would start turning people away because day shift didn’t prep any bread. They did not acknowledge us in line and one worker started frantically pulling empty bread trays and slamming them on the cart to take in the back. The food line was not cleaned off and there were veggies, etc. covering the line. It was obvious they had a busy shift and day shift had not prepped for night shift, but the customer service and atmosphere was terrible and we ended up leaving before we even ordered.

I’m so disappointed with the service and lack of communication with the customers. Employees weren’t even focused of the front line. They was more worried about getting out at 430 and closing then they were taking care of customers needs. Customer service sucks. And my braid was hard and not even toasted. I would not recommend going here ever again.

Amazing new renovations. Looks so much better. Staff were really kind. Good customer service, as compared to before. They do have different hours due to short staff, but that’s like any other place.

Just left this location because they tried to sell me bread that was burnt. When I pointed out how dark the bread was, and asked if they had more as we wanted two more sandwiches, I was told; “we have more, but I’m not supposed to bring it out” All 5-6 loaves she grabbed were visibly burned. Ummmm….No thanks. We drove to the Buchanan location where the staff was very friendly, and guess what??? Fresh bread!

I go to Subway fairly regularly to get a Veggie Delight sandwich because it is customizable and you can usually get enough veggies on the sandwich for it to be a satisfying meal. But, today my daughter and I went to get sandwiches and asked for extra olives after being given a paltry few. We were told that isn’t an option anymore. I asked to pay for extra olives only to again be told that was against store policy. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no one available. I asked for a phone number at which I could reach a manager and was told that was also not an option. The staff were understanding and sympathetic but reiterated that they were given very strict orders about the olives and they couldn’t do anything different. Until or unless this store changes its policy, it has lost my business.

I’m not typically one to complain or write reviews, especially bad ones, because everyone is human. But SO disappointed in our subway. As we all know, going out to eat these days, even fast food is pricey. And you should get what you pay for. Tonight I ordered online for my family, when my husband went to pick it up, the sandwiches weren’t ready. The young guy working, quickly and rudely threw the food into a bag, and made it known he wasn’t happy to be doing so. Sandwiches were poorly made, especially the ultimate chicken bacon ranch, which was supposed to be one of the “subway series” containing more meat. When I say it hardly had any meat, I mean the sandwich was mostly lettuce and ranch, with a couple pieces of chicken mixed in. And the other veggies I ordered were barely on as well. I got one of the new snack wrap things for my son, and it was so over cooked he couldn’t even bite into it. If you’re going to work somewhere and get paid to do a job, atleast try to do your best. This wasn’t our first bad experience here lately, but it will be the last.

Ordered 2 tuna subs, one foot long and one 6″. Ordered online and it was ready at stated time.
Never had an issue before with this store, but so disappointed.
Hardly any tuna on either sandwich and wheat bread was so stale could hardly chew or bite through it.
Lot of bread went to waste…couldn’t eat it.
