Had a coupon that said any foot long excluding 5 for 7.99 and I ordered one that wasn’t on the exclusion. The guy said that I couldn’t get that one since it was after 12. So I asked why can I get and he recommended me one that was a chicken sandwich. There was barely any chicken and instead of putting more and asking me to wait, which I had no problem, he just get the rest of the chicken and was literally scraping the spoon with the metal to get everything out. Later he starts shredding the chicken in order for the sandwich to look full. Definitely would not recommend this subway

I went to subway after a long shift at the hospital, really dont go much but wanted subway today . I get there and i am a little lost with the new touch menu. I see a button that says “ for help click” after i click the guy tells me “ its pretty much self explanatory really” i drove off because i was not going to give bad energy back . But that is so sad to treat your customers that way , will never be going back and will also tell my coworkers that its not worth it ! I called the location to get name of the guy 6 times no answer. Who ever it was i hope you have a better day next time but that is totally not right

Pulled up to get an Italian boss via driveway. Got home and the bottom part of the white bread was literally rock hard, not edible. So I stay calm go back and let the guy with glasses know. He says he’s going to make another one and I said great thanks. Then he loads up sandwich so I decide to watch him this time to make sure it’s done correctly and I spot that it’s some other kind of bread, not white. I kindly said that my previous sandwich was white. He says well, this is a different kind, and says how about this kind…!!???? , I said , can I not get what i want ? Or you think it’s ok to just modify my order at your whim? Am I not the paying customer ?? The place was dead empty. So it wasn’t like he had to rush and was under any kind of pressure. If only he would just concentrate on, take the job seriously and not try to undermine my order as I like it. Yeah first work problems but employees need to take their craft more serious and quite messing around. Focus on the paying customer which pays their salaries.

I ordered through the drive though, and then I pull up and the male employee wearing glasses, tells me he is out of chicken and 20oz cups. He says if I can go back and reorder because he just got a customer inside. I told him I entered my order first therefore if it is a mistake on their end it should be out of courtesy that he offers to use another meat for my sandwich such as ham or turkey instead of telling I need to go back and reorder because he just got a Customer inside and says it is policy. This is an Employee that is working right now on 11/7 @7:35pm. He needs to work on his customer service skills because this is not how you treat customers. Zero stars.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! Horrible customer service, horrible staff, horrible management. They gave me the completely wrong order. I am allergic to tuna and they gave me tuna. I called and was told, take a picture of your order with the receipt and we will remake it for you. Came in person today and the employee refused to remake my order. Avoid this subway at all cost! I eat at several subways and the is by far the worst.

Literally just ordered one six inch sandwich with no line, and it took me 20 minutes to get it. The worst subway I’ve ever been to and i won’t be back. No wonder subway is a dying sandwich franchise.

I was really craving Subway today! I was going to order at the drive-thru, but noticed the line was going very slow. I decided to order inside instead. Only one person stood ahead of me on a Thursday at 1 pm.
I had the rotisserie chicken sub on toasted wheat bread, with provolone cheese. A scoop of avocado is a must! The staff was courteous, and fast.
I was curious about two nee items for me: the chips and a cookie. Miss Vickie’s Lime and Cracked Pepper kettle-cooked chips are so good! I also really liked the Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie. The Oatmeal and Raisins Cookie is always a winner for me!

Decided to go on a rainy day. Thought we could have a nice & warm cup of broccoli & cheese soup with a 6″ sub. We decided to order the meatball sandwich, the cold Cut Sandwich, and the Beast sandwich. All three were super delicious. Veggies were nice & fresh. Service was a little slow because it was a new hire. So we understand and won’t take it to heart. Most importantly was the nice service we received on our visit.

The worker in this place was rude and disrespectful. I went on a Saturday, no people waiting just me and my mom. He was very rude, the food was not fresh and overall regret wasting my money here. The worker didn’t know his cheeses or just didn’t care to give good customer service. If the worker didn’t want to work that day he could’ve just called in or quit.
