When I came in, this morning a little after 9:40am, I explained that I understood I made the mistake and was not asking for a refund. I simply asked if one of the two sandwiches could be remade because I wasn’t comfortable giving a sandwich that had potentially been sitting out to my pregnant wife. I was willing to take the other one myself.
The manager agreed to remake one sandwich, but it did not include all of the original toppings or the bottled drink that was part of my order. When I politely asked for the second sandwich that had been made the day before (since I was still willing to take it), she became visibly upset, looked at me and said, “The sandwich was no good for you a second ago but now it’s good for you,” and threw it into the trash.
I was not asking for special treatment. I wasn’t demanding a refund. I was simply trying to ensure my pregnant wife’s food was safe. The way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed, especially considering I had spent $38 and approached the situation respectfully.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should feel spoken to or treated that way for a reasonable request.I accidentally placed an order at this location while I was at work and immediately called once I realized my mistake. I was told the sandwiches had already been made and that I would need to speak with the manager the next morning.

Fast forward to this morning, a little after 9:40ish. We go to see if we can pick up our food that we never even received. A $31 order keep in mind. My husband goes in while I wait in the car. Place says it opened at 9am, yet when he gets to the door, it’s still locked, which is not a big deal, but just pointing that out. Eventually one lady with brownish, black hair pulled back into a messy bun comes to unlock it and let him in. Now I don’t know what all was said and done while my husband was in there, but my husband ends up calling me and telling me to come in.
So I go in, my husband is explaining the situation to me. Stating that he was giving the food(which didn’t even have the drink or chips that went with his sub) that sat in their fridge all night, which was perfectly fine. But my husband asked to have my tuna sub remade because I’m pregnant. From my understanding, the lady decided to toss MYYYY sandwich, in the trash, and REFUSED to remake it.
My husband is already heated at this point, so I tell him to go to the car, that I would handle it. So when he left I profusely apologized for my husbands actions to the lady as she’s explaining he side of the story, which spoiler alert, her side of the story was not sensible. ESPECIALLY someone that works in a fast food service industry. But I still listened of course. I was extremely calm the whole time, and politely asked for my sandwich, and even stated that I was indeed pregnant and all I wanted was a tuna sandwich. She was extremely dismissive the whole time. She did not remake the sandwich, said that we couldn’t get a refund, and that she wanted me to leave, and funnily, even threatened to call the police because I was harassing her. I even recorded the audio of most of the interaction with her. And I will be GLAD to share it with the owner.
So we only end up with one sub from a $31 order. Please explain how that makes sense and is acceptable.
Jeez a pregnant lady can’t even get a sandwich she’s craving now?!
Always make my food to perfection
And I’m amazed at how clean they keep there location 10 stars if I could
