Food was solid but they had no Napkins, like none in the lobby and asked the counter who replied we dont have napkins, may just want to use your wrappers. How can you be a fast food restaurant serving fried finger food with no napkins? Might explain why the resturant was empty in middle of the day. Time for a new manager.

This was my first and last time trying Arby’s. The jamocha shake was good, but everything else I ordered tasted like it’s been siting around for some time. Not worth almost 20$ for something so foul tasting.

Honestly, they were swamped and the food took a while to come out. But the employees don’t choose how busy they are. The communication was really good about how long it would be. The employees were very friendly and the food was really good.
