Although the owner is very nice and try to accommodate my wishes. The steak hoagie was absolutely horrible. The meat was dry under season although she stated they have a special seasoning and I asked for it I didn’t taste anything. Also I asked for black pepper to be put on it I didn’t taste anything. Like I said it’s a new business and I want to support my own but you have to get better on the steaks. Sorry just being honest. I hope that you take this constructive criticism to heart and not as a negative.

Takes a terribly long time. We placed an order around 3:40pm on Saturday and we were told it would take around 35-40mins since there was another order in front of ours. We waited and waited and by 4:55pm they told us they were in the middle of the order and it’s going to take about 10 more mins. It was 8 cheesesteaks and I understand they could be busy since it’s Saturday and we have a large order. We picked it up a bit past 5 and it seemed like it was sitting there for a bit. But waiting around for an hour and a half for 8 cheesesteak is kind of insane. Also the cheesesteaks themselves are mediocre they are lacking on cheese so I recommend getting extra cheese if you’re ordering them.

First time supporting very disappointed. Cook did not change his gloves after placing raw meat on grill. Cheesesteak tasted like steakums. Chopped cheese tasted horrible. Couldn’t taste the onions. Roll was soft but not quality sub roll. French fries put in a bag that was wet and soggy by the time I got home the only thing that tasted good was the sample of avacado mayo. Total waste of money sorry
