I ordered a Deli Roasted Turkey.
So disappointed! No tomatoes. And I could not see any meat. I looked under the melted cheese and found one micro thin slice of turkey.
The second sub was made on the wrong bread.

This place has really bounced back…think this new woman has a lot to do with that. Cute little shorty, mean as a hornet but sweet as sugar. Actually does the job right. Keeps the kids in check. It’s cleaner and more efficient now. Go girl. ❤️

Great location and service. My food was excellent, restaurant was clean, and staff were polite. I dropped an airpod and didn’t realize, came back 45min later and they were honest and kept it safe for me. There was a young man with curly blonde hair and an older woman with dark hair working. This was just a stop on a road trip or I’d frequent this location!

Tell me how they make the wrong sub while I’m standing there? The cover was standing up, therefore I wasn’t able to see what was being made. Wrong bread, tried toasting it after I said not to, all the mayonnaise was on one side, it was the most tasteless piece of food I’ve ever eaten.

Ordered pickup through Uber Eats, got here and all lights were on but the doors were locked and there was nobody on the drive thru even though it said “Drive Thru Open”, it seemed completely empty. On Uber Eats this place is marked as Open at the time of this review, my order went through and I was charged, but apparently there was nobody inside.

I have given this place too many chances with my business. I went through the drive-thru and bought four footlongs with everything on them. I literally got one string of onion, two tomatoes, and no mayo, no lettuce. I don’t understand how this place is still open. I live just two miles down the road, but from now on, I’ll drive to Simpsonville for a sub.

OMG it was a nightmare. It took 3 people to make a sandwich, requested 3 times for DOUBLE meat. Didnt get it.
It was the worst steak sandwich ever and we get subway at least once a week….
Did not give me all of my change back and that took 8 minutes and a phone call to a manager to figure it out. Forgot my footlong pretzel also amd I had to ask for it. They had to get in the freezer to get it AFTER they waited on another couple to order. This was a 20 minute ( yes I timed it ) visit for a to go order and I was the only one in there when I ordered.

The sub itself was not too bad but the women who answered the phone was rude. I called an hour and 15 mins before they closed, I wouldn’t have if it were any sooner because I work in a restaurant I understand they want to go home. Anyways she was very rude I asked if I could make a Togo order and was told “ummm we close soon” “but I guess what is it”. I was like… i understand but you don’t talk to a customer like this regardless

In my opinion, the best subway restaurant in the area. Food is always fresh, employees seem happy the eat in atmosphere is decent. It can get a little loud if you’re trying to have a conversation and a little pricey for a sub. 2 people, 2 foot longs, 2 drinks and a bag of chips $28.00???
