My mom is half Thai, i’ve also been to Thailand a couple times and i have to say that this is the most authentic Thai food you can get anywhere in the states. My wife ordered a curry bowl with rice. After about 30 mins she went and checked in as her pager hadn’t gone off yet. The gentleman said it’d be ready in 5 more minutes. 15-20 minutes later her pager goes off. He called her up to tell her they didn’t have rice and asked her if she wanted something else with it like noodles. She declined as she had literally watched our entire family eat our dinner from other food trucks. If she had been told that upfront she would have got something from somewhere else. I feel like a well run establishment would have offered her something at this point to make it right. They didn’t offer her anything. Just wanted to post this as I feel it’s important to hear.
