How my pizza arrived after spending almost $40. They didn’t even reach back out to find a resolution. All I wanted was a simple re-delivery. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate especially in this economy.

The delivery man walked up to our door knocked and then left our pizza’s in the snow. I was less than a foot from the door and got up immediately. I could understand if he was out there more than a minute or 2 it’s cold but it was within seconds he left it in the snow and took off down the street. I had to put on slippers in the snow to salvage our $70 order. I have ordered from this location many times probably once a month for the past 4years. This has never happened the person who delivered wasn’t one of our regular’s. I tipped 20%. Leaving food in the snow is unacceptable. This is not something that can be resolved. It’s unsanitary and unprofessional. We won’t be getting pizza from this Papa John’s anymore. I tried to call up there but the phone just kept ringing. You don’t mess with peoples food.

So today I came into this papa johns and FIRST OF ALL. The people working the front counter had a TERRIBLE attitude. I get that we have bad days but this was just unbelievable. So I gave them my order which was a medium pepperoni with extra cheese. They took my order and it took them almost 2 hours just too make it and it wasn’t even busy. I went to open my pizza box and I saw this weird creation of a pizza. They put two wings and mushrooms with looks to be barbecue sauce. This is NOT what I ordered AT ALL, they think this is funny but it’s not it’s just purely disrespectful and annoying when your trying to get something to eat after work and they give you this after taking a long time and having attitude. Will not come back here. and they didn’t even have the audacity too cut it and just gave it to me whole with no sauce or anything. I’m very disappointed and WILL NOT come back to this papa Johns. This is unacceptable!!!!!

Food is just alright, pretty greasy leaking through the box, didnt get the extra sauces that i paid for, waited on hold for 15 minutes then hung up. Not too happy about it. Doordash guy couldnt so anything about it because they outsource all of their deliveries these days.

Worst pizza crust I’ve ever had in epic stuff crust. Spoke with the manager and said pizza is acceptable @ roughly 1/16” and the crust is extra thick. Pizza was also made to be well done. They use the same amount on dough on all pizza.
1 year update tried giving this location another shot. Pizza wasn’t cooked through. Suggest going to another location. Have had great Papa John’s experiences elsewhere

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from Papa John’s at 6311 N Keystone Ave, Indianapolis (Order #1228223939). I ordered the Cheesy Burger Pizza with specific toppings: beef, black olives, and spicy Italian sausage. However, when I received the pizza, it was missing key ingredients that I paid for.
This is not just a service issue, it’s a failure to fulfill a paid agreement. As a customer, I am legally entitled to receive what I ordered, not something incomplete or altered at the store’s discretion.
I paid $21.34 in total, including tax, tip, and delivery, and what I received was not what I agreed to purchase. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care or quality control.
I hope Papa John’s addresses this seriously. Customers deserve better

Received a delivery pizza from this location. It was 30-40 minutes late. The pizza was also delivered to the wrong apartment. The only reason I knew it was delivered was because I was checking the tracker. Once we brought it back, it looked like someone had been messing with it. This is not a full pizza. I called the location, and was told that since we had “taken a picture of the driver” we would not be helped, and we would have to contact corporate. I told them we never saw the driver or even got a knock on the door, and we were told we still just had to contact corporate. No sort of help or offer to make it right at all. I don’t feel comfortable eating old food that has obviously been touched by someone else.
