Me and a friend decided to eat there, ordered a steak, waited over an hour steak finally came our, and it was the wrong steak, they apologized said I could have this one or wait another 20 to 30 minutes for another, I chose to wait, they finally bring it out, and the steak is terrible, it has a frozen flavor to it, I don’t mind paying 30 dollars for steak, but if your going to charge that price don’t freeze it, I complained about the steak they said sorry, and brought my ticket, no discount no nothing, I took two bites of the steak and told the waitress the steak tastes like it was frozen, she said they have the steaks in the freezer and they thaw them out when needed. I will never return to this place, the old owners, did not throw thousands of dollars into the looks of the place, but the quality of food was way better, like the old saying, you can polish sh×t as much as you want. Food was good but I’ve had better service at a fast food restaurant. Had to ask for water, ask for bill, no refills on water. Food came out separately from the people we were with 5 min apart. Salad bar had ran out of soup and it was only 630 pm. Steak tips were good.
