Great chocolate, even better customer service! Today my mom and I visited Dolce Patisserie for the 1st time and I’m very happy with our stop. Trish & Chef Alan are super nice and helpful! We purchased about 20 delicious bon bons, Mini Dolce, Gluten-Free Chocolate Mousse, White Chocolate Passion Fruit Mousse, and the Peanut Butter Mousse- all wonderful. There is free parking in the front, a couple tables to enjoy the treats, and other baked goods/ confections to purchase. They also have vegan options. This shoppe is a must try- best bon bons in the Lehigh Valley!

My daughter took me to Dolce Patisserie for the first time on March 7, 2026 and she bought me this decadent beautiful little work of art made of chocolate and peanut butter. I am completely satisfied and pleased with the flavor and texture of this little master piece that leaves an exquisite flavored taste on your mouth. We arrive a little before door was unlocked @ 9:00 am on a Saturday. We were not even the first to be waiting at the door. A obvious sign that we were in for a real treat. Within the first 15 minutes of the door opening, there was not much standing room remaining in this delectable little bakery. Imagine, this was the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We certainly didn’t expect this since the holiday was just on Thursday.
Dolce Patisserie is delightfully warm and welcoming. We purchased a carrot cake, macaroons and two croissants. All beautiful to look at and exceptionally tasty.
We will be visiting Doce Patisserie again.

Always a pleasure visiting Alan! Shared a delicious & flaky pain au chocolat that was still warm, so fresh! We also grabbed a yummy almond croissant and couldn’t leave without the Dubai chocolate. Very reasonably priced. Do not miss out!

I married my husband, Brandon, in late October this past year and we hired Dolce Patisserie to bake our 3-tier Wedding Cake and single-tier Groom’s Cake. Brandon and I are from Georgia and planned our wedding to take place in my great aunt’s backyard, with a reception at the Wilbur Mansion.
The first time I tasted Alan Pitotti’s signature cake (chocolate cake with a vanilla creme brûlée layer, fresh raspberries, and chocolate mousse) was over 10 years ago for my great aunt’s 90th birthday– and I was awestruck. I’m not usually a big fan of cake, but the cake was perfectly moist and bouncy and the flavor was well-balanced with the tart raspberries to contrast the other creamy layers. When we decided to have our wedding in Allentown Pennsylvania, Dolce Patisserie was the first vendor I was sure of.
Alan was amazing to work with. He took all my ideas (I wanted fall flavors to pair with the autumnal theme of my wedding) into consideration and was incredibly kind and professional when we met with him for our tasting. For our 3-tiered wedding cake, we chose the signature cake with an added crunchy hazelnut layer; for the Groom’s cake (which was Stardew Valley themed), we had a spice and vanilla cake, paired with a white chocolate mousse and chai tea creme brûlée layer. The cakes were INCREDIBLE. Hands down one of the best features of my wedding day. I am so grateful for Alan’s patience and help bringing our visions to life– I highly recommend this patisserie for any event!

I recently ordered a cake from Dolce Pastries for my daughter’s birthday, and it was fabulous! The owner called me before pickup to make sure the decoration matched our party theme, which was such a thoughtful touch. The cake tasted phenomenal – everyone at the party loved it. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. They also have amazing chocolates with unbelievable flavors, which I’ve tried before. We’re so lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood! Highly recommend!
