“Tam”, or whatever her name is, is the worst employee y’all have at this establishment. Not only did she overcharge me when I ordered a medium, and she rang me up for a large combo, she only served me a medium cup and medium fry. So your first issue with her is that she is stealing money from customers (which I will be going to AUGsplained and Disgusta, GA Facebook groups about, because I’m sure I’m not the only one she’s overcharged and underserved). The second issue is her attitude towards customers because please explain I heard her tell a customer, who was hard of hearing; “I already repeated your order, don’t piss me off, sir.” A THIRD problem is the way she talks to her staff. Because whyyyy is she talking down to her staff in front of customers? I’ve heard her on several different occasions reprimand her employees in front a line of people.
She’s extremely unprofessional, rude, and honestly beginning to drive me away as a customer. If this is how she is in front of customers, I can’t imagine what she’s like in the back of the restaurant, where we can’t hear her.

Richard is great. The coupons aren’t always user friendly and he didn’t make me feel bad for taking more time to complete my order. Thank you ! The food is always great and we appreciate yall !!

This Arby’s is a great location and conveniently located inside and shares a space with Circle K gas station in the sunny land plaza area which attracts a lot of people. The drive thru workers are always kind and I have never received bad service! It has become an easy late dinner option which is a nice place to have!

Everything was good. Fries were hot and good. However, I’m going to a 4 star because the store in the cooking area was a mess. Needed attention in a big way. The picture does not show all of it. This will give you an idea. This is my only complaint if you would consider it a complaint.

I ordered number 4 burger with combo I only got my drink I didn’t get any fries and other then that I got japelno peppers which I love but I asked for Mac and cheese I never got it I payed 17.76$ it’s just horrible it’s the 3 time I went there where I payed for my food and didn’t have of them I’m sorry never again!!!!!!

Absolutely LOVE how I can hear employees dropping loud F bombs from the back while at the drive thru window. Very, very rude and so unprofessional. Guy at the window completely ignored me while I waited to pay for my food and didnt pay any attention to till my food was ready and had waited over 10 minutes while waiting to be waited on. Love coming here, but do better with employees please. No customer should be able to hear F bombs coming from the back of the kitchen while waiting to get their food….

I go to this Arby’s because they are usually spot on and never mess my order up. If they do they are prompt to take care of it and honestly are always nice. However on my latest visit we ordered 2 meals and they completely left my fries out. I did not want to drive back so I just left it go and ate only the sandwich. However, I will not allow this one mistake to keep from going there. After all they “have the meats.”

We ordered the 8 piece jalepeno bites and a large iced tea along with ranch and berry dipping sauce. Cost was $9 but we love the jalepeno bites. They are crispy on the outside and filled with cream cheese and a fairly mild jalepeno, and the berry dipping sauce really makes them fsbulous. If you like jalepenos, you must try these.

One of the most consistently decent fast food choices around here. I also rarely have issues with missing/incorrect items. The reason I’m reviewing though is because this Arby’s has the most banging landscaping and decorations in their drive thru. The flowers and plants are doing SO well (whoever landscaped knew how sun and shade works) and the garden decor goes so hard. Nowhere else is doing it like you, Arby’s.
