I am marking service 2 not because of attitude or professionalism but the lack of compensation. When I arrived to pick up my 2 large pizzas and wings, I was informed it was just given to the car in front of us. They offered to reach out to the family for them to return it, we refused that option, then had to wait 20 to 25 minutes to remake our order. We were offered a cookie for our trouble. The young, polite manager said she was not permitted to do more. I called the head manager the next day to get the same story. I was told it can be referred upward. What ever happened to customer service.

Got bacterial food poisoning from this establishment about 8 hours after eating here and was unable to eat for 2 days. Incurred hospital and doctor costs, as I was in writhing pain and very sick. Pizza Hut was informed of this issue and I got excuses, rather than a formal apology or an offer to refund my food. This will be the last time I order from Pizza Hut again in my life, and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.

Foods great and service is great no problems there. The price is insane period. Deal 2 melts 7.99 each ok great 12 wings idk how much but they are charging for wings but they aught to cure cancer for the price by the time I got 2 melts a dozen wings a 2 lt and tipped the driver it was 50 dollars I could have gone out to eat at a restaurant for the same price and had way better food. I’m not knocking just this pizza hut but prices are getting out of hand

Well, every time I order I get two pizzas and one always seems to be wrong. Once we ordered bacon and got ham.another time one of our pizzas was badly burnt. The third time we ordered extra sauce and it barely had any sauce at all and was extremely dry. I love pizza hut when my order is right.. but after 3 times I will no longer order from pizza hut.

As a previous delivery driver, I can confirm that this place is horrible in every aspect of customer service. I only worked here for a year, and I practically carried the whole store. I was doing this, I was doing that, I was doing everything. I was doing stuff that I wasn’t even supposed to be doing! This place was CONSTANTLY understaffed, which was probably why I got so many hours. I was still in high school, and some nights I wouldn’t get out of there until a half hour past midnight ON WEEKDAYS WHERE WE CLOSED AT 10. Yes. 2 hours past closing. Unreal. I had numerous people tell me that I was the best server because I genuinely served in the highest regard. I’m not saying I was perfect. Heck no. I was just doing what I could to keep the place afloat, and it cost me pretty much every inch of my self-esteem. Thank God I got out of there when the getting was good. Let them see how much I basically ran the whole damn place.

Ordered a pizza online. Said 45 min. For delivery over two hours later it finally showed up cold and soggy! Tried calling multiple times to cancel my order and they just hung up on me over and over! Never again Pizza hut! It’s Domino’s from now on!…. Update figured I would give them a try 10 months later. Ordered a pizza for delivery didn’t even get it this time. And called to complain they lied to me so the driver was at my house and knocked on the door I have cameras and they never came then argued with me about a refund.

2 Months later and nothing has changed. Decided to give them another change after a horrible last visit. Stopped in to order and only Holly is working. This is who we had problems with last time. She told me if your ordering food it’s going to be 45mins to an hour. Didn’t even order cause I knew food was going to be bad. She is only working by herself again. Corporate do you even care about your store or our town? Owner please don’t tell me to email feedback cause it didn’t do squat last time. 2months later and I still haven’t heard from the district manager… I tried.

I placed an order tonight at 6:20 and the order didn’t arrive until 8:20. I live 8 minutes away and waited 2 hours and the pizza when It finally showed up wasn’t even handed to me it was sat on the wet porch and was subpar and half cold. Gotta love that mandatory $4 delivery fee for service like that

Yummy, delicious food. Speedy delivery. Consistency in meeting expectations. The people aren’t perfect just like the rest of us on the planet. I adore Pizza Hut…and that is reflected in my appearance sometimes, but it’s worth it.
