Looks like almost all of the remodeling is done. They did a great job of keeping it clean and lowering negative experiences from their customers. I love the new layout! The aisles are neat and, if they customers don’t mess it up, everything is faced and right where the price tag is. That’s very important to me. If I don’t see a price tag on it, or a tag on the shelf, I won’t buy it. I know a lot of people who do the same. The deli it’s self is nice as well. Very clean and NOTHING in the case looked like it sat there too long. Kudos to you Kroger!

Of all the Grocery stores in Downtown I like Kroger the best for Fresh Produce, Fish. The Store on Ecorse Road is Always Clean & the People Kind & Knowledgeable. Kroger Deli, Floral & Pharmacy are located in the store & Aren’t Separate Entities if U Didn’t Know ♥️♥️♥️

Love this store but management tries to force you to use the self-checkout Lanes by only having two full service lanes open at a time. This causes 6-7 deep people in line. I understand the logic of self service check out but I prefer to interact with a real person.

Only thing that could have made this Kroger better is when they remodeled they should have put a Starbucks in here. The thick cut bacon from the deli is the best. Miss Rose one of the checkers is the sweetest lady ever. Always so kind and helpful. Clean and stocked well. My go to store.

Don’t order from here for events, unless you want to show up to them telling you “sorry they didn’t write a date or time down” now waiting 30 minutes for something that should have already been ready when I got here. Just ridiculous. Jonathan should be fired or retrained..

The staff is great but they need more help and they need some kind of a number system. It’s always total chaos and nobody seems to know who is next and there are never enough people working.

The workers are mostly friendly I feel bad for them when they are by themselves because kroger needs more workers. Half the time you stand in line for 20 minutes some ot the time.
