I’ve been to countless Subway locations, but this is the only one that puts extra vegetables in such a way. They will ignore your requests, and the owner of this branch clearly doesn’t care about customer service. The staff at the counter doesn’t even know how to process a basic refund.

I work on campus and come to eat at this Subway on occasion – it’s my favorite one in town! Every time I show up, the staff always greet me with smiles and kindness, and have nearly memorized my favorite sub requests. Food is always good quality and well stocked, they listen attentively and patiently to my customizations. I always look forward to walking in there, I’m made to feel special there.

Ordered from this Subway twice in a row and both times my order was made incorrectly.
I paid extra for additional meat, but it was not included. After I contacted the store, they immediately called me and told me to come back. I explained that I had already traveled a long distance and asked for a refund instead.
They insisted that I must physically return to the store and hand back the sandwich to get a refund. When I refused because that was unreasonable, they blocked my phone number.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Blocking a customer instead of resolving a clear error is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service standards at this location.

They’re so weird and rude. I buy from them often because I work right across the street. I came back in and asked for a refill and he said no so rudely. You’re not getting paid for a fountain drink. Just ugly nasty and rude. Fix your customer service. Never coming back.

I was having a great time, the cashier was amazing and all, but when it came time for me and friends to leave I got yelled at by an older brown lady worker for walking somewhere where she cleaned which didn’t notice. However she had no sign or anything and just yelled at me out of nowhere!
