A little pricey, but fast service and very delicious. I always order online on my way to work and when I pull up the ladies have my bag ready. They are always polite and friendly. I love this place and the customer service. Eventually I plan on purchasing a t shirt. Lol

I normally make my own at home but today was a complete rush day for me. I didn’t get to eat breakfast, drink water or coffee and felt very dehydrated. Thought of this place and I’m so happy I did. Customer service was excellent. My açaí bowl was perfect and the bar was cute and neat lol I love anything put together well. I will be a returning customer. You just can’t beat it. I live all the way in Collierville so I’m fine with making that drive. Thank you to the sweetest Southaven crew!

Ok I gave 4 stars overall to this establishment since this was my first time coming here with my boyfriend. 5 stars for the parfaits we ordered. Delicious!! 3 stars for service, because I had to ask the young lady to change her gloves before serving my order after she already served another customer upon our arrival. Wasn’t being rude about it, but it was more than right to change gloves each time u serve an order. I only ask that because the young lady left the serving line and went towards the back in the kitchen I took it as being a kitchen back there. So remember Covid is still out and I tend to stay safe as possible..
2 stars for atmosphere, because upon arrival we wasn’t greeted and it felt as if the other young lady who was taking orders was in a rush to take our orders without us looking at the menu to know exactly what we wanted remind you this was our first time here so of course we needed a little time to decide. Overall, the establishment is clean and neat but I do highly recommend that the staff practice more on engaging with customers entering their establishment rather their regulars or new comers. And lastly, practice on changing out gloves between serving your customers. You never know who you’re serving and honestly when I go places I leave honest reviews about my experiences. So plz make some changes because I actually like this establishment.

I went to Acai Bar yesterday for the first time and had a great experience! I was greeted immediately when I came in. The two young ladies there were so awesome. Their customer service is Amazing! They were so nice and made recommendations and my order didn’t take long at all. Enjoyed the Dragon Fruit bowl. I will definitely be back.

I’m a frequent visitor to this establishment, drawn in by its excellent customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and delicious bowls. However, there are a couple of issues I’ve encountered. Firstly, there’s no designated area for online pickup orders. Secondly, when placing an online order, there’s no notification if an item isn’t available. It’s surprising how much one missing ingredient can affect the smoothie bowl. I believe the website should inform customers of unavailable items to prevent disappointment upon pickup. If not, don’t offer online ordering. Despite these issues, I still highly recommend this place and will continue to support it. Give it a try!
