I don’t get all the negativity in these reviews. The broth was amazing it had a great bold flavor. The Brisket was a little dry but the broth made up for it. The two servers were kind as well.

The experience and the ambience were excellent! I am a vegan vegetarian. The server told me that all the soups used chicken or beef broth. My only option was stir fried veggies with tofu. I was not happy initially that I will miss the soup and that’s why I was there primarily. When I got my food I was so happy to see it! Looked appealing and appetizing. It was so good and tasty that I didn’t miss the soup anymore!!

First of all the atmosphere is drab and boring and what’s worse was the service. My wife and I arrived 5 minutes before the birthday boy and his partner and was rushed to try to order prior to our full party arriving. Once they did arrive and we ordered the alleged Dumplings which they were not they were pot stickers not dumplings whatso ever. I am a professional Chef with two culinary degrees so I know what I’m asking for. I wanted to send it back and was met with attitude so our friends decided to keep it so we only had the underwhelming edamame that were under seasoned.
Next, the manager/ owner or whoever she is was rude. When I asked for my check she went to the back and re-emerged with a plate of food and sat down to eat. I literally had to get up and go to her table to ask if I could pay so my wife and I could go somewhere to get lunch. She had an attitude and began to shout to the back in another language for someone else to come to collect my money.
Finally, they have the worst food, service, atmosphere and attitude our friends even had to get up to go ask for spoons and the drinks are in cans so there are no refills you have to keep buying cans of soda. Worst place I’ve ever been DO NOT GO THERE by Top Ramen at home and microwave it and save money. They are ABSOLUTELY TRASH! This is our go to for Pho we always get the steak rare and it come out very fast and hot with plenty of noodles. The broth is rich and flavorful. The customer service could be better but no one is rude so I can’t complain. Also try the sesame chicken very good!

One of our friends wanted to take us for some Pho and we are always game for a new place for Vietnamese food. The spring rolls we started with were good, but lacked enough lettuce to wrap them with, my only constructive criticism for this spot. While the ladies enjoyed enormous bowls of Pho, I ravaged my order of Sesame Chicken and my son sampled the General Tso’s Chicken, which were both excellent. I would return to this restaurant for a meal if I were in the area, but don’t think I’d make a pilgrimage to this spot. It’s good, but others are equally tasty. It’s worth a try.

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated. After a long day of travel, I ordered drunken noodles with chicken — they arrived undercooked, grainy, and basically inedible. When I calmly told the waitress and asked to switch to a *cheaper* dish I’ve enjoyed before, she flat-out refused and insisted no one else had complained.
The whole place felt understaffed, frantic, and rude. My mom was even pushed on her way to the bathroom, and our server was running around like the restaurant was completely out of control. Instead of offering a real solution, they only gave me half off — which I still shouldn’t have had to pay for at all.
I’m not a business owner, but it’s common sense that this is **not** how you run a business. A simple, reasonable request shouldn’t be met with attitude and resistance. Good food can make up for a lot, but this wasn’t good food, and it definitely wasn’t good service.
I don’t recommend this place. The food isn’t authentic, the service is chaotic, and after reading a review about a roach in the sink… that sealed it for me. Save your money and your energy.

First time trying this place. Don’t recommend. I ordered the pho combo. Portion size is very questionable got like 5 small pieces of meat total. Definitely not worth the money. Save your time and try some place else. There are plenty of other places around with bigger portions and better food for the cost.
