I cannot imagine anybody that gave this establishment anything less than five stars. From walking in and checking my coat, to the live piano player, to the incredible and impeccable service of our bartender/server, Noah. Everything was five stars all around! Chicken sliders, out of this world. Beef sliders, out of this world! Goat cheese, fritters, hummus, lettuce, wraps all of this was on their social hour menu! The drinks were to die for. Luckily I don’t live above this establishment or I would frequent it daily! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Lunch was good; reasonable prices for some pre-fixe selections. Soup was delicious and garnished with truffle oil. The steak frites was tender and the potato pavé were unique layered scalloped potatoes made into a jenga-type bricks like a French fry. Service was a little touch and go as we kept getting different members of the wait staff, but overall worked out. Their take on an espresso martini cocktail with the tequila was quite nice.

I’ve had Sea bass all over the country, and I love this Flemings for being able to cook it correctly. The atmosphere is very relaxed inside at the bar. Their espresso martini was the best I’ve ever had… with some coffee grounds on top. The service is better inside than outside, but it’s fine. I highly recommend the wedge salad and the Sea bass.

I think I may have found my favorite Flemings! Each location has a little something different to offer and Montvale is certainly one to experience. The attentive service, the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful ambiance, all exceeding our expectations. My husband and I visited on a Saturday evening, where we had the pleasure of having dinner with live piano music. Our server, Matt, was pleasantly charismatic, able to provide exclusive recommendations that we couldn’t miss out on like the sweet corn brûlée (which everyone must try!!). The presentation of the cocktails was like no other Fleming’s we’ve dined at, shout out to the operating partner, Tom for his recommendations of a signature smoked old fashioned and on cloud 9 and shout out to the bartender, David for making those stellar drinks!
What is consistent with the locations is that we haven’t tried a dish we haven’t loved, whether it’s the prime dry age ribeye, miso glazed chilean sea bass or any of the apps/desserts (I can’t choose one :), it’s truly always a wonderful time and we can’t wait for our next celebration at Fleming’s.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Fleming’s . When I made the reservation I was asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. When being seated at our table it was tastefully decorated. Fleming’s is very impressive when you first step foot inside, its high ceilings and contemporary decor are pleasing to the eye. We had a drink at the bar before dinner which has plenty of seating at the bar and booths on the perimeter.
The restaurants staff are all very friendly and attentive and operate with precision, a sign of good training. Our server did a great job of making sure we were taken care of.
The menu has a great selection of main proteins, appetizers, salads, sides and desserts. The wine menu is also vast and wide, so much so that it deserves to be separate menu.
I had their prime NY strip and it was perfectly seasoned and grilled (med. rare). We also ordered a bunch of apps with the tuna poké as the standout.

First time dining at the Montvale location on Saturday night, I have to say the food was okay. I had the new old fashion which was decent. What did stand out to me the most was the service of the place. My server was Sarah she was excellent. Though you can see it was extremely busy we were frequently checked on and had a delightful conversation and she was very sweet. Aiden was also very helpful. I will be coming to this location more often and looking foreword to the same service.

It was exceptional! The food was amazing from starter to dessert. I had a rack of lamb which was scrumptious. The waiter, Kevin was professional, attentive and smiling every time he checked on us. It was a special dining experience. I felt like I was at a Michelin star restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant especially for your special occasion to make it memorable.

We went to Fleming’s for my husbands birthday. Our experience here was excellent from start to finish. We loved that the restaurant decorated the table with confetti and a happy birthday sign. Our server, Neil, was funny, personable and attentive. He checked on us often to make sure we were satisfied. Everything we ate was excellent. My husband recommends the Australian Wagyu Strip. You cannot leave without getting the chocolate brownie with honeycomb! One of the best desserts we’ve ever had. The final pleasant surprise was that they took our picture, printed it and put it in a frame and gave us dark chocolate truffles! What are you waiting for – try it out!!

Flemings always delivers. We happened to stop by the Montvale location on 01/31/2026. From the moment we walked in, service was amazing. Ana, our waitress, is the best of the best. From the moment she greeted us, she was friendly, fun and throughout our dinner, attentive, welcoming and beyond pleasant. She took time to more than take our order, she made us feel welcomed and so comfortable.
Highly recommend this location and ask to be seated in Ana’s section. You won’t regret it.

Danny was an amazing waiter and literally made the experience 1,000% better than it would have been. We
were celebrating and he made it so special with our treatment, including taking our picture and printing it for us. He noticed the small things and was just on point. I hope I can request him wjen I return. My food was delicious and will be getting the same sandwich next time. You must try the filet mignon sandwich!!!!!!!! The bread it is in just enhances the different flavors. Thank you Flemings and thank you Danny!
