They had a help wanted sign outside that made me think I was about to walk into an understaffed fast food place. That normally doesn’t go well. I was very wrong. I’ve saved the location of this specific Panda Express because it’s a benchmark to quality service and what other locations of general fast food should compare themselves to. I could literally taste the effort. Clean establishment, friendly and welcoming staff, quality product. For the first time in while, I felt like the price matched what I actually got with fast food.

…food was cold, not fresh, and I was speaking to one person and someone else broke into the conversation, all I was king was for them to cook some fresh blacken chicken, hardly any meat, it wasn’t that much, wanted to say it was not a popular dish. it looked old, I had to tell the guy I was not speaking to him before he went on, and then wanted me to wait till they cooked some cheese cups, but set food out while cheese cups were cooking…food was not good at all, noodles were too cold, not fresh to be stacked so high.

Came in right at rush hour and saw a bunch of cars–i was worried it was going to take forever. Tati served us and flew down that line, JaBrell got us checked out. It felt like literally 2 minutes. Everyone on shift looked locked in and they were all friendly. Food is hot and fresh.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately the dining room was very messy and there was only one clean table. There was one employee with his head laying on a table asleep and the other tables were all dirty. The staff (at least 4) were all huddled in the kitchen chatting. There was no reason for a filthy dining room. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and did an awesome job.

So, we had a mobile order right. We got to panda and we were in the drive thru for at least 30-45 minutes. The line was so slow. We finally got to the window, got our food. The rangoons looked under fryed, but somehow they were fine. I got some teriyaki chicken and it was like rubbery and super disgusting. I couldn’t even force myself to eat it. I even took it home and tried to cook it longer, it was still chewy and rubbery feeling. So i just ate the rice that came with it and went to sleep. My parents ate their food anyway, and they both got sick today, that was yesterday night when we ate. So im glad i didn’t eat that chicken, i knew something wasn’t right about it. We’ve came here several times over the past couple years, its never been this bad.

Food tasted pretty uncooked. We haven’t had Panda Express in a while and we got excited. Not anymore. The food was a little overpriced. Chowmein and no flavor whatsoever and was dry, fried rice was pretty much the same. Flavor was lacking everywhere!!!! Kind of disappointed in this place. We’re from Dallas trying to travel. And like I said we were excited. Do NOT go to this location.

The woman taking our order at the drive-thru on 6/13 was so kind and sweet. Matthew, who helped us at the window, was awesome he made sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly. The family meal was a great value and fed all four of us, with leftovers to spare!

Customer service sucks , the lady who just helped me Jalynn had an attitude the whole time , was talking over me the whole time . Won’t be spending my money at no establishment that has this type of customer service . Worst place in Ruston .
