It has been years since I visited this store. Pizza looked great, better than my local Rochester NY store I go to. Staff was friendly and store looked clean. 4 stars for service since they kept me waiting a bit for picking up order.

Twice in a row they keep giving me that nasty garlic sauce when my order clearly states, Blue Cheese. Managers remedy? Next time I come in, he will give me 5-6 of the correct sauces. That dont help me at this moment now does it? I live 20 minutes one way……yeah…..expect a call from Corporate.

If I could leave none stars, I would! Horrible horrible horrible service. Received my pizza cold, with a wrong sauce on it. Plus the main issue is that as soon as I opened the box, there was a long black hair on it!! When I called the office, the lady who made my pizza, just simply said that she can’t do anything about it.

I order my pizza at 5:48pm. When the pizza arrived at 6:55pm it was room temperature. Someone at that establishment dropped the ball. Papa Johns will never get my money again.

Pizza was barely warm and the person who delivered it called me, didn’t answer, called me again to tell me to open the door for the hallway. I said the delivery instructions say to push the buzzer he then argues saying he did push it and to come get my pizza. I went up the stairs, pressed my buzzer and it buzzed in my apartment, so no, you didn’t. Plus, he tried to continue argue with me after handing me the pizza. This isn’t the first bad experience with a delivery person from there. The delivery people have become terrible the last few months!! Done with this Papa Johns

Wonderful ☺ Was in the area waiting for the fireworks show decided to get a couple of pizza’s. Fast Friendly and Delicious. Even gave us paper plates and napkins. Would definitely order pizza from here again

Not long after it became staffed with people who seem to speak farsi more than English the quality nose dived, then I got terrible food poisoning.
No one else I live with who ate everything I did that day, save for one of the pizzas from here, got sick.

I ordered a deal online, and they forgot part of the order. When I called the manager he told me there was nothing he could do because it was an online order. Which is definitely not true as I was a manager at papa johns before! He wouldn’t give me store credit or replace the missing item and basically told me he can’t control the price I paid online. The food I did receive was hot tho and the driver was nice!
