This somewhat dated burger-king has been the center of much drama and public nuisance in the past but has totally flipped the script and are doing things right. Great hard working employees that care about the customers, low wait times, and lots of local southern hospitality make this burger king shine. I’m glad I gave it another chance. The drive through screens are faulty on one side, and they do not alert you of whether or not you should wait. So if you pull up expect to wait upwards of 3 minutes in complete silence at the drive through, just know that they will eventually speak to you. Eventually…

I can’t adequately express my disappointment in the food at Burger King. It was my favorite fast food place since the 1970s, when they were know for a delicious char-broiled burger. Last week, I ordered three Whopper Jr’s. They were 10cm wide… About the size of a classic White Castle Burger! What has happened? They have shrunk a really good thing and turned it into a tasteless, tiny, thin burger that is almost inedible. Three of these are the size of a single Whopper Jr of 10 years ago! The onion rings didn’t taste the same either, quality is GONE. This was the worst and most expensive meal I’ve had since the beginning of COVID, and that’s saying allot.
I took the steps to complain thru their website and they didn’t bother to respond. So, you get a one star review. Perhaps this will get your attention! Do better Burger King!! I won’t be back until you improve this major problem. Money talks, and you won’t be getting mine, AND I will be sharing my experience with all who will listen. Perhaps then you might care about customers.

Ordered thru the app 10 minutes before we arrived – no one in front of us in drive thru- order taker didn’t mention we had to drive to the 2nd window- and didn’t have the order on the front section’s screen
Had to wait another 15 minutes for the order- and even then they left the drink off – had to wait for them to fix that.
No apologies for the extended wait or gas use waiting for them to get it together

We have been to this location multiple times and the food is always good. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. Tiffany the manager was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

So basically I requested tonight to eat at Burger king we ordered it to go, the guy repeated our order back correctly they had no one else but his girlfriend was inside with his child at the time of placing our order. I paid and he was looking over our receipt then handed the receipt to me and said nothing so I thought everything was okay. Once we got home my daughters sandwich was not in the bag so I checked the receipt that I put into my pocket and he never put in her sandwich. I understand mistakes happen but why didn’t he say something to me when he clearly seen it and knew about it!!! Our order wasn’t that long it was for three people and they had no one else. Also the lady who sat our bag on the counter was completely rude just sat our bag on the counter and turned away so I asked politely about if I could get onion ring sauce. Also that’s not even the worst part about it , this guy’s kid was very sick touching all the crowns when the mom was talking about the kid maybe having pink eye, it’s 75 tonight no sub or anything out now and the kid was not clothed at all. Just a diaper on. Needless to say we will not be returning to Burger King any more after this all happened and I hope no other kids get sick over the contaminated crowns are still on the counter. Disgusting and unprofessional to say the least .

1-25-25 its been 4-5 years since Ive stopped here. (Old review below) nice modern interior, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We got 2 $7 deals. Chicken sandwiches, whopper jr, bacon cheeseburger, chicken fries and fries. All of it was fresh and done very well for a really good price. Glad my son talked me into trying them again.
Old: Newly renovated in and out. Swung by the drive through to try their tacos for .99. Only 3 cars in front of us and it took 8 minutes for the first car to get its order. (Have them pull up if it’s not ready!) For the first time in my life I experienced stale tacos. Soggy shell where the meat sat. The rest of the taco was hard as a rock! We bought 4 and threw two+ away.
I really want them to be a good fast food place but I give up.

Stopped in to get some lunch. It was so hot outside that day my flip-flops were sticking to the asphalt.
Employees were very nice and helpful even suggesting items off the menu grandma here might like.
Got a junior bacon cheeseburger with a small fry and water. So unfortunately, I gobbled it down before I took a picture so I had to get one off the Internet for you to see this is pretty close to what it actually did look like.
