This tropical smoothie hands-down, it’s one of the best ones you’re gonna find in the area, Lily is amazing. She helped me out finding A smoothie I actually can enjoy. I’m super picky on things like this, but she was able to work with me and be patient! I usually only get the peanut butter flatbread But thankful to Lily I will be getting a smoothie with every single one of my orders

Incredible! The lobby is nice and clean, the staff seemed very excited to take my order as well. My smoothie was really good, thanks to Lily’s recommendations. The other staff members were very kind as well. I would definitely recommend going to this location!! 10/10

Been a go to place of mine forever. However recently there’s been lots of inconsistency in how my smoothie is made. Sometimes it’s less chocolate flavor sometimes extra sometimes it’s straight up water sometimes I can’t even suck it out of the straw it’s very frustrating. It’s like I have to go in when I know that one worker is working because they make it the good way.

I get the pb protein here and multiple places. Tonight was terrible. The smoothie was like water. The girl who made it said the whey protein makes smoothies watery. BS. Then said new water pump. BS. Very inconsistent here at night. Should have returned it. Paying over ten dollars for a crappy smoothie. Keep this up and you will lose customers. Also if its not right the first time the DO it again. Train your people better

The customer service was very lackluster. Could use a lot of service in the smoothies was watered down, not made right I’ve had tropical smoothies all over the country and this is far by one of the worst. It sucks because it’s in such a good area.

Very mediocre service I was asked to substitute a item that they didn’t have, and I was told that I could just not order that item very passive aggressive little minded reasons why shops like these deserve to be shut down and you support local businesses because the customer service angle is a whole lot better at local businesses than some of these chain restaurants doesn’t make sense that I could pay for protein and it’s a dollar extra but if you don’t have protein, you can’t substitute that for something else
