Both the fish and chicken were very fresh and flavorful. However, the fries were a bit subpar—once they cooled down, the texture became unpleasant. I would recommend considering fresh-cut potatoes as an alternative. Mild sauce was amazing flavor, tangy, sweet and savory. Paired well with both chicken and fish. No seats, no dining, go there place order wait outside or in your car, then leave.

Cashier has bad attitudes and I waited 45mins for my order rib tips and after asking about why it took a long time “fheir putting the sauce on it and that took 10mins.

I called in and was placed on hold for 14 minutes before i hung up and called back. I waited 30 minutes for 2 wings & fries. The young lady at the register KIERRA was rude and completely unprofessional, i completely understand why she works at a chicken spot for a living. We try to support black business but its hard when the service is bottom tier

This is a sleeper Harolds. Not too many people realize how good this location is which is great because not as crowded as some of the other Harolds. When you tell them fried hard they fry your chicken hard. Would give them 5 stars but they still only doing cash payments which is old school but the food here is great.

I called in on 02/11/26 @ 15:45 the lady answered the call then asked me to hold not more that 2min I heard the lady tell someone “ I think we have a nut job on the line”. Then she hung up the phone. To me customer service is everything, plz stop being rude to the people who are patronizing your business. In conclusion, I walked across the street to chicken coop with the service was much better your loss but I guess you don’t care.

This restaurant by the edible arrangement by 87th & Kedzie was horrible. My family is sick because the worker didn’t “feel” like taking our order so the chicken was half done and the sauce was not portioned right on the ENTIRE MEAL. I don’t usually leave these reviews but if you don’t like your job find a new one. This is a business. Leave your “feelings” at the door or go to therapy. One of the WORST $55 I spent. I do not recommend going here at all. In stead of opening more franchises let’s train on customer service and company value. Have a good one. Oh and I want a refund as well!

Every time we stop by at the Dunkin donuts next door we’re always saying we’re going to try this place. We ordered a 8 piece mixed with lemon pepper and hot sauce on the side. We waited about 30 minutes for the food which for me I think it’s excessive for an 8 piece. Chicken was descent enough for me to want to order again but next time I will order ahead of time.

Food is always so good and fresh !!! The cook deserves a hug !!! You can tell he takes his time with cooking the food and it’s exactly like how you ask for it ….. The cashiers are always so NICE. And professional . BEST one hands down !!!!
