The old Perkins.
I just had the best breakfast food in a long time here.
The stuffed waffle was absolute heaven. A must.
I cannot wait to hit this menu again.

Daisy, my server was absolutely amazing. Very personable and fast.
She knows several languages as i do. I speak 4 languages semi fluently she got to three with me.

The atmosphere is like the old perkins except the floors are done in a very nice wood theme. Very very very clean. Very family friendly.

Thank you for reviving this old location. It has alot of history.

I had a great first experience here. I came in with a craving for waffles and I left satisfied. Dare I say the churro waffle is one of the best waffles that I’ve ever had!

The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you recieve, and the wonderful service you’re given. The waitress was very nice and funny too! She made me and my partner feel welcomed.

I can see this becoming a regular place I go to. I’ll definitely be back!

I can say that Garden Pancake House was a good first experience. Nothing super special about it compared to other restaurants/diners but the food tasted good, temperature was great and service was wonderful. The inside hasn’t changed a lot so it was very nostalgic being inside the Old Perkins building again. As far as price goes I thought it was set correctly compared to other places. I paid with cash but I thought it was cool to be able to scan the QR code on the receipt to be able to use Apple Pay. I’d come here again, could be fun with a small group to get together here.

Decent prices, quality family restaurant food. We’ve been there twice and both times beverage service was slow- one cup of coffee and then not offered more, and had to flag down a server for soda refills. Food is good though. Will return. Pictures is the pesto chicken panini and sweet potato tots.

So I went with a group, and we all ordered our own thing. For me it was a chicken wrap, with french fries. The fries had no taste to them and were over-fried, and the wrap while plentiful, it was just thrown together and really was not enjoyable. I can appreciate that they tried to give the old Perkins restaurant some new life, But for me food is more about being satisfied than the atmosphere. I hope that anyone else that eats here has a better experience as my review is simply my own.

Extremely pleasant experience. Very friendly and attentive service, delicious food at a good price and with nicely sized servings. The menu offered a broad selection. Superb buttermilk pancakes. They offer different specials nightly. I had the chicken Oscar, which was very tasty, indeed. Had the sweet potato nuggets, which were delightful. I went with the side salad, as I anticipated that the entree might be a bit too filling to fully enjoy the soup. Even the salad was a pleasant surprise, as it contained quite a variety of fresh vegetables. The atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy, and welcoming for both couples and families. They have a variety of delectable-looking desserts, which I am certainly inspired to return to try. Highly recommend and will certainly return!

It’s been “like a roller coaster ride” with this restaurant. The (takeout) service has been good (up). And the service has been not so good (down), like this last time. There was only one other vehicle in the parking lot and it took thirty minutes it get my order (three containers and two drinks). I was disappointed. They at least had the wherewithal to apologize for taking so long.

This was our second time ordering from Garden Pancake House. I don’t recall the first time – except the chicken dumpling soup was pretty darn tasty – as it was again this time too. I would have given a higher rating if it weren’t for the steak omelet being as awful as it was. I am not one to nit pick about quality – I don’t expect perfection. With that said – the steak was tough and the meat ( I think it was steak?) was tough and there was no shortage of gristle to boot. I should have taken it back – I don’t like doing that – and I didn’t. My rating is performance based and this time they did not come through. Sorry! Larry

First time tonight. Service was prompt; food was quick as well. Pancakes are a nice mix of fluffy and firm on the outside. Tried some different plates, all of which good we personally liked the country Benedict (gravy and biscuits done well) and the Caliente skillet, which was great and lots of flavor. The homemade salsa was a great touch to both plates with nice heat and taste. We will definitely be back to try more.
