Ordered a pizza, ham & cheese sandwich & chocolate chip cookie. Pizza was great- the sandwich was burnt around the edges & the cookie was burnt on the bottom & around the edge. Very disappointed in the fact that 2 out of the 3 things I paid for were burnt. Note to self: if you wouldn’t eat it then don’t give it to your customers. It’s that simple.

My wife bought two pizzas and breadsticks for our family and the hvac team we had installing a new furnace for us, suffice to say there wasnt much eaten. Gloves and masks in a food prep environment go a long way. My biggest hope is that the hair is from someone’s beard, because it definitely isnt from the top of someones head.

Excellent customer service, the staff is so friendly and the food is always top notch. I give it five stars, even though it is disappointing that this location doesn’t deliver. For such a small town, you would think that delivery would be an option. But the quality of their product and customer care more than makes up for the lack of delivery service.

I ordered through the app on my trip from Missouri to Texas. Cheese sticks and a half-gallon (64oz) of tea to go (there wasn’t any other tea option.) So, I got there and found out they don’t have half-gallons of tea. The young man and woman who helped me were very nice. I was offered the option of a 2-liter of soda or a refund for the tea and I could purchase a 32oz cup of tea. I asked if I could trade out for a 32 oz tea and croutons and ranch. The owner, who was helping on the back side, was not accommodating at all and was a bit of an arse, said no, but I could purchase a small salad for $2 something (for croutons and ranch dressing?!?!) So, I opted for a refund for the half gallon and purchased a 32 oz tea which ended up being only 30 cents less. Had I known that, I would’ve just taken the refund and bought my tea elsewhere. I got my cheese sticks and drink and I left only to get down the road and discover that 1/3 of the cheese sticks didn’t even have cheese on them. Total waste of time. Next trip, I’ll pass this Pizza Hut up and go 7 miles down the road to the next one. Minus 3 stars for the food that was missing some of the ingredients. A star each for the young man and lady who helped me, minus 3 stars for the owner who was not at all helpful with the situation and didn’t do food quality check, and minus 3 stars for the atmosphere because the owner we part of the negative experience.

I travel a lot, and I love Pizza Hut. I’m glad that they stay consistent no matter where I travel. This particular location i go through drive thru, the person taking my order seems to need a little more training but other than that everything was good.

Yay! In Florida it is hard to find a classic Pizza Hut in the old style building with the same great menu! We are here for the rodeo and we were excited to see this next door. We went for lunch. Salad bar, personal pan and cheesy garlic bread was on the menu for us. Delicious. Hot. Fresh. Cravings satisfied! We had great service from Melissa. We will probably go back before we leave town! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No photos! We gobbled it up and forgot to take some! City Pool nearby. Sounds like a party

Ordering a to go pasta dish , don’t expect them to put a damn lid on it, they stuck the dish inside a medium pizza box with no lid. Meanless to say my saddle bags are covered in pasta. A month ago I went in and they said they didn’t offer to go plastic wear. Let that go. Now this.

The management has changed and it’s a great improvement. A teenage waitress was unprofessional and unfriendly but the boss made up for it. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 because they don’t honor all the pizza hut deals I’ve seen online in other towns.
