Went with my son who ordered the Vermicelli bowl and I ordered pho. The quantities are generous, we couldn’t finish the whole thing. Tastewise, I wasnt so happy for my Indian palette but there always soy and chilli sauce on the side.

I tried this place for the short rib Pho, which my faves don’t have for a late Wednesday afternoon bowl. It’s a spanking new place with modern furniture and a serving robot, which is more a novelty. Their logo is everywhere and on everything. Parking is no issue, the lot is huge; must have been some kind of auto place before.
It was not very busy, was tabled immediately and ordered the short rib Pho, which was brought to my table shortly. The rib was huge with a lot of protein. This cut of beef has a lot of fat and cartilage/tendon which some may not like. This could be a start up feature but the quantity was outstanding. The broth was great. They provide cooking shears to cut the thing into smaller pieces.
Definitely repeatable for the short rib Pho. Service was attentive and excellent.
Rare beef is very fresh.
Will come again when I come back in Santa Clara.
Only thing I wanted more of? Vegetables. I would love some greens…like cilantro to balance off the flavors.
