I came here while on a diet, and these awesome, friendly people helped me make the perfect sandwich! These employees—especially the manager—can’t be thanked enough. Every time I come into the store, they make my sandwich exactly the way I like it, always double-checking and being super friendly. Seriously, somebody give these people a raise!
Whenever I want to try a sandwich a different way, they make it happen. I’ve even said things like, “Is it possible to have the protein pouch but bigger?”—and they had it handled. No matter what, they keep me informed about the latest products (like the Protein Pocket, which is awesome—thanks to the manager, by the way) and even let me know about hiring promotions so I can pass the info along to people I know.

I visited this location on April 19, 2025 and the lack of customer service is astounding. The place was being ranned by a yong lady in high school who didn’t greet me when I walked in and she was on the with a customer, I’m assuming to do an order while completing an order at the same time. When she was done with the previous guy’s order, I thought my turn was next but she had three other orders to fulfill from three other people who was sitting down when I walked in. Yall need to train these employees on customer service and have more than one person working. Ridiculous.

I placed 2 online orders and they only did 1 . Sent my husband back and instead of her looking at the ticket she asked what he wanted on it?????? Why not read the ticket!!!?? Because what he got and what I ordered was completely different! How hard is is to READ THE TICKET???

I was standing in line. I was the second person. The lady at the register saw me then about 10 people came in after who we’re not from here. The lady was complaining yelling saying she pray they speak English and did not acknowledge me. Called the lady from the back to come help her they started with someone else. I told her I had not ordered yet. She said the line is back there. I was like I was here before anybody else and she was like well, and she complained the whole time me and another lady were standing at the counter for 15 minutes when nobody was upfront, you could hear them talking and complaining in the back she kept saying she hopes this day is over. This is ridiculous and I will never be back here.

Walked in Saturday night with a list that was an order for 7 people! The 2 workers were courteous and professional as they diligently worked to get every order PERFECT! We got home with 2 kids pizzas and 6 adult foot long sandwiches which were made EXACTLY to our order! CONGRATS TO THE CREW ON 10/15/22! Y’all nailed it!
