I’ve been going for years. It’s always a hit or miss. Lately(past year or so), it’s all been misses. They never gave me cold brews, but iced coffee tasted so bitter. Don’t waste your time; there are other Dunkin’ near by.

So I just want to say that I am a frequent Dunkin’ customer. I do not always come to this location but I have to say. The one time I did, my iced coffee was amazing! I ordered in the mobile app and picked up, it was made just the way I ordered it. Not too sweet and not too bitter. Thank you team! Keep up the good work. I will tip the next time I pick up.

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I came to the drive thru today for a simple iced macchiato. I forgot to ask for nondairy milk which I apologized for and said id pay extra for. I get handed a mocha macchiato and told that’s what I ordered. I explained I only wanted almond milk not mocha and was told to drive up and wait. Then one of the workers bangs on the window to flag me over so I had to get out of my car. Now a different worker is asking me what MY problem is with her arms crossed,attitude at a 100. I said i don’t know why you’re giving me an attitude all I asked was almond milk and she was so rude to me I had to just walk away. The people their are so miserable and never get my order correct. It’s not even like the order is complicated with has a bunch of add ons…it was just almond milk. When you have an interaction like that you don’t wanna take the item because they probably tampered with it already. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes.

Absolutely terrible service! I drive up to the drive thru, I order two orange juices and I ask if it’s Tropicana. They tell me yes it is, I pull up to window and they tell me I ordered only one orange juice. And the brand is “Simply Orange” not Tropicana. If you don’t know the answer to a very simple question, ask a manager. Why am I being lied to? Really?

The service is terrible. The place is drive through only and I couldn’t hear them through the ordering machine because they were mumbling and barely spoke English. When I got to the window the lady had messed up my order and gave me the wrong drinks, when I corrected her and told her what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me. The food I ordered was thrown in the bag like it was trash. Every time I order from there the food and donuts I get are cold or stale. I’ve stopped going to this dunkin and started going to the one in lake grove. The service in the lake grove dunkin is much better. The dunkin in centereach on middle country road is terrible and the servers are so nasty and always act like I’m bothering them!!

This place is drive though only, which is perfect in the morning. Coffee tastes great, but service can be hit or miss depending on the employee. Overall it is a good spot to grab a quick coffee, but I’d avoid hot breakfast sandwiches. Stick to a donut and a coffee.

Drive thru no store access. I ordered sever times a large ice coffee. Bad enough its over priced and high profit for them so you would think they would get it right. I asked for decaf got regular, asked for extra skim milk got little, and asked for extra butter pecan flavoring and got almost none. Its amazing each time I go the drink taste completely different depending on the person who makes it but always equally bad. Save you money go elsewhere.
