Good place to get a quick bite to eat. At the time of our last visit tables were full of crumbs and drinks stains, had to clean up ourselves. I know they get busy from time to time, but by having 2 workers at the time there’s no excuse, we have been at other larger Subways where there’s only 1 attendant and is not like that.

If I could give minus, I would do that! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They have no idea what is the “customer” and how to make business. Both employees of this location; a young boy and a lady should not work for this industry before get trained about customer service. I came with my kids today from 20km away to eat something for dinner. This location has the worst customer service at all! I only ordered half sandwiches for my kids and didn’t get anything for myself because the employee already made me upset and even didn’t want to listen to me. I tried to talk to store manager but forget about apologizing, she didn’t even listen to me. He also didn’t prepare my kids sandwiches properly. As I know; first of all, you should put cheese whatever your customer wants to the bread and then toast it, then you should ask customer what ingredients she/he wants……!

Very upset about our experience. The first employee we saw didn’t speak one word to us. Wouldn’t even look at us. We stood there forn10 min without even an acknowledgment. Second employee appears from the back. Same thing. Completely ignored. Management check your cameras 4-25-25 around 5:45 -6pm and see people walking out!!!! This location will not survive with very rude customer service or none.

This subway is the best subway around DO NOT GO TO THE SUBWAY IN SPANISH FORT come to this one . This one the staff is friendly , actually puts a reasonable amount of toppings and does not skimp on my toppings and omg the sandwich’s taste so good at this one .

Didn’t even get to eat. We were there for 10 minutes and not one customer who was there when we came in had been served so we decided to go somewhere else.
There was one employee who was apparently quite busy with online orders, so much so, that they didn’t serve a single in store customer during that whole 10 minutes.

This Subway is amazing!! I come here about once a week and the store is always spotless, stocked, and I’m always greeted and taken care of. The workers listen very carefully to what you instruct, and they do it perfectly. They are also very kind. The boy with black, curly hair and the woman with curly hair are my favorites!! If you get them just know you are going to be amazed!!!

Not the employees fault but ordered online and when we got to the store. They did not receive our order. SUBWAY had no problems charging my card ! Just getting my order. Then I gotninnline to reorder what I ordered online. After my sandwich I asked myself why I come to Subway. Subway is just not Subway anymore.

Staff was excellent and store was clean. We got what we wanted made in a timely and professional manner.
One complaint, Subway doesn’t allow online orders while utilizing a VPN, even while logged in to a user Subway account. I’m not sacrificing security for convenience.
