My daughter, her boyfriend and I went to this maryville mo location on February 9, 2026 at 5 pm the 2 girls that were working there need raises and bonuses!!!!! This place was swamped and they had tons of on line orders. They were pleasant and ran that place like a well oiled machine!!!!!! In the 30 minutes we were there, they put out so many sandwiches. I wanted to tell them what a great job they were doing but they had so many customers the whole time we were there.

Every time I got into this Subway it seems to get worse. None of the employees act like they want to be there and that we are bothering them. And if I am spending $55 on 4 sandwiches and I say thank you, I would expect the employee to say you’re welcome or have a nice day. But I got nothing! And they only had white bread and it was also hard as a rock. I will probably not be going back any time soon and that sucks, we love Subway. Do better, be better!

I was sitting at the subway here in the lobby and overheard a male and female coworker having a conversation when i heard him making negative comments on personal health issues that she had. Then i proceeded to watch her clean and “shut down” the store while he sat there and watched. The woman working had wonderful customer service, i feel bad that she had to endure that while trying to work her shift.

Paid over $10 for a tiny salad. This was a pathetic excuse for a salad. Only half a bowl worth of food for that price. Definitely worst experience at a Subway in my life

Not sure what’s going on. The workers acted like they would rather be somewhere else. My wife asked for sandwiches for our daughter and herself. When it was my turn I got a slight huff and an eye roll. Requested a foot long but he cut a 6 inch. I didn’t of correct him because I didn’t want to upset him more. At the same time my wife was trying to get extra olives for my daughter and was told she could not do this because of a shortage. Three sandwiches and olives on one. The attitude was not appreciated. Maybe next time I will order olives for all of them but demand them on one sandwich. And what’s up with the peppercorn ranch. Bring back the regular ranch. Do better please.

This location is never participating in any deals or promotions. So, unless you’re looking to take a small loan out for a mediocre sandwich, I would go anywhere else.

What even is the point of doing an online order? You get there at the time it says to pick up, and you still have to wait in line to get your food. I was made to be late to work all because they keep the mobile orders behind the counter instead of the DESIGNATED SHELF for pick-up orders. So stupid that I even have to post this.

I frequent this Subway location, food quality is always very fresh but I have noticed on multiple occasions one of the workers disrespecting customers and other workers. Today I came in to order, as soon as I walked in the worker, I believe her name is Jennifer with the subway bandana, was rudely telling another customer to go and get her bag of chips off the cart they have always been on. Before I ordered she turned to the other younger lady working the veggies and, again, rudely ordered her to get the “correct” receipt. By now it’s my turn to order and I ask her how her day is, she replied by telling me it would be a whole lot better if people stopped coming in and extending the lunch rush so she could “get her work done”. By the time I had gotten to the other coworker, who was very kind and was clearly uncomfortable by the embarrassing actions of Jennifer.
As a loyal customer this has always been my concern. In a town that gets much of their staff from college students, do we really want to add more stress of workplace harassment to their load? If I were corporate I would conduct an investigation into this rude, clearly not best fit employee.

Decent place, decent food, however this franchise does not honor most of the App deals/exclusives. They even go as far as to be “out of stock” on the deal of the day, but conveniently have it in stock if you order just the sandwich. Hardly any of the exclusive deals received through the app work at the restaurant. They offer nothing special, forcing people to use the app for any hope of a deal. The front staff seems nice and helpful, but seems like shady things going on with higher up in the store.

Never had a problem and ate here a few times, including last night. My husband’s sandwich was fine but mine had a loooong hair that got cut with my sandwich so I pulled out not one piece of hair, but two. I didn’t end up finishing my sandwich, as biting into and having someone else’s hair in my mouth is big nasty
