I cannot believe how disappointing Wawa has become! The sandwiches were soggy, the coffee tasted like it was brewed in despair, and the staff acted like showing up was already too much effort. I’ve seen gas station convenience stores with better service and cleaner floors — and that’s saying something. If you enjoy overpriced snacks, attitude with a side of laziness, and a general feeling of regret while standing in line, Wawa’s your paradise… but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

This location gets a bad rap due to where it’s located and having a lot of panhandlers all the time. That’s hardly their fault! I utilize the curbside option frequently and the food is always delicious, delivered in a timely manner, with warm and friendly service. I can even have my food brought out to the pump while gassing up. Much respect and appreciation for all the employees here. Keep up the good work!

My Father: David Michael Wolfe sometimes is told to hang out at this Wawa and I’m his Son – trying to track him down. He’s 76 Years of Age, about 5 Foot 6 Inches in Height, stocky build, Caucasian, Wears Reading Glasses, is about 215 Pounds and a stocky build, Walks with a tan wooden hand-carved Walking Stick or Cane, chainsmokes and often talks about Native American History and Politics. He’s a nice Man and just lives alone so far as I understand but it’s incredibly important that I reconnect with him since hearing about his whereabouts since last speaking with him in 2013. This 100% isn’t a Joke and is very serious. Please, if Anyone even reads this Message please don’t delete it and reach out to Me with any Information as I’ve had no help in tracking him down except for this as a lead. Thank You.

I always order chicken salad sub. During the summer, I ordered 30 for a family gathering and everyone was very pleased. I’ve even ordered the chicken salad sub as a thank you gift instead of giving cut flowers (lol) and the recipient was very happy.

I haven’t been to this location too frequently, because I live in Ocean pines, but my sister lives in the area. We came in tonight for some late night hoagiefest subs…. After accidentally making a mistake on the computer one of the staff members was very quick to help me, she was very friendly… The girls behind the sub counter were also quite friendly and attentive.. when we got back home and opened our subs, they were awesome they were an excellent presentation… And full of flavor! This location is doing much better than Ocean City and West Ocean City… QUALITY subs coming out of this location!!!!. And I know it’s got to be crazy with it being hoagiefest and all, so props to the ladies behind the counter tonight!!!

I stopped at the Wawa to get non-ethanol gas for my motorcycle. AGAIN. The gas dispenser would not print a receipt. This is the 3rd time this has happened in June!! They don’t seem to want to fix the receipt issue. It’s either the mgmt is too lazy to send someone out there or they do this on purpose to try to get gas customers to go inside the store to get a receipt and hope to generate more in-store sales. Once you get inside, there is a long line waiting for the one cash register that is open. This is the store on S.Salisbury Blvd. It is not well run from my experience.

Ordered DoorDash twice in the last 3 days. First time I ordered 2 pepperoni and roast beef subs and neither one had roast beef. Kinda felt like a partial refund would’ve been appropriate (especially after the employee in the deli admitted to messing up the order) but was told I’d have to send all the food back and have it redone and redilivered. We decided to give them another shot today and the food was correct this time but my double meat sub had hardly anything on it and my girlfriend’s Sandwiches were the same way. Spent $40 on food for 2 people and were both still hungry. Won’t be back for a while.

The worst place to buy coffee. They don’t wash the coffee containers. The place is very dirty. Some employees. The treatment is very good, but there are some who work in the Kitchen that are the worst treating customers.

Went here for dinner carry out on Thursday. This is the third time they have run out of the food we ordered as we were standing there. I am sure they were busy but why not double stock on things you know you will run out of? Seems like poor inventory tracking. I was not the only person there who had to reorder as they didn’t have certain items by six in the afternoon. I am thankful they were able to give me part of a meatball sub and a cold turkey hoogie to make up the difference.

VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED with the service at this wawa. Not only did I stand there for over 10 minutes waiting on my food. But watched door dash orders that came after me got taken care of first! This is a way to run your walkin business off. You could see the tension between the employees. And overall I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But get all the way home. Ordered a chicken quesidilla and all that was put on the tortilla was sides. And mashed potatoes. I’ll take my business elsewhere you got a nice circus going on there.
