This fried chicken was so good!! All white meat, boneless and skinless. The breading is SO well seasoned and there’s lots of it to crunch on! I ordered the tenders, which were real pieces of chicken and not in uniformed, machine-cut shapes. I got a biscuit with my dish which was totally legit based on the southern cooking I’ve had in past. Steaming hot and moist. Not buttery so possibly made with lard. I had veggies for a side to try to ease my guilt for all the other calories. Those were definitely fresh, seasoned, and varied. Our table wasn’t clean but I didn’t care after walking around for 8 hours with two boys.

The best restaurant in Great America. The food can be well or over- seasoned, but good overall. Sides will change based on availability and you can end up waiting in line for an awfully long time. I really enjoy their chicken, but it is a bit on the dry side depending on how fresh the batch is. If you’re in a large group, you can order a la carte and split it

The recipe has changed. The chicken was very salty. It was fresh. No butter for the biscuit or the mashed potatoes. No gravy either. Service is really slow. The staff does a lot of walking around and accomplishing nothing. The servers kept trading places. If the staff would stay in place and serve the food the line would go so much faster. Again the chicken was a disappointment.

The food turns over good so its fresh and tasty. The salad could be a little bigger, it doesn’t resemble the menu very well at all. I definitely recommend against showing up near closing time as they’re not preparing fresh entree items after about one half hour before they close. Positive thing is they’re being conscientious about not wasting food in the evening negative is if you miss the magic cut off you may not going to get what you want. Maybe they can figure out a way to advertise that they close at a certain time but the last entree service is at a certain time.
