I literally could eat sandwiches on a daily basis. This Subway location is one of the better ones, their staff is very friendly, helpful, and do their very best to make your sandwich a great meal. Add chips, a drink, and a cookie, for a total meal.

I went through the drive thru and after placing my order say there for 10 min for the car in front of me to get there order. Then proceeded to pull up to the window and waited another 10-15 min for my order before anyone even came to the window to let me know it was gonna be even longer to until I got my food. I spent probably 30 plus min in the drive thru waiting for my order from the time I placed it until I got the good in my hand.

On Tuesday August 13th I went in to get a sandwich before going to work around 12:30pm. I was never greeted or even served. I stood there for about five minutes, before other customers entered and were greeted immediately upon entry into the restaurant. Those customers were waited on and served. After not being acknowledged I left and went to another restaurant. Service is horrible.

Went in to pick up food for my family around 7 pm. No one at the counter and no customers. Finally a girl came out and acted like I was bothering her by ordering. No smile, no enthusiasm. Out pop 3 other associates . 2 of 4 sandwiches made wrong and all stuffed together in one small bag. Not going back there. FWIW, sandwiches tasted fine.

I don’t know who taught this particular branch customer service, but they need to teach customer service to every service job—these guys were great!! The gal working was sweet, friendly, and proficient. Food was made fast and just to order, and the workers were great!!

It was the first drive thru for Subway on Buck Rd, that I have seen. It wasn’t easy to touch screen my order. It had the basics but not all the old sauces they use to have, same with some of the toppings. It was still good but if you don’t want some much toppings press (less). It was confusing about how much is reg amount of toppings were.

Do not go here! They totally discriminated against 2 people with disabilities and refused to serve us. They broke the law and will be reported to the ADA enforcement. We asked to speak to the manager or give us her name and they refused. We even called the Rossford police and Subway refused to tell him as well. He spoke to the manager on the phone and she gave him the runaround also. These teenage girls thought it was funny and all a big joke. They were laughing and so immature. This was so unprofessional. They said it was “against their policy” to take our order at the drive thru window. The whole reason we CHOSE this location was because they had a drive thru since we knew we could not go inside. Please tell me the difference of ordering to a person thru a window or putting it on a touch screen. Yes. there is a touch screen way before the window you are supposed to order on. My rotator cuff is torn in my left shoulder rendering it useless and making it impossible to reach outside the window to do this. (What if I had no left arm at all? That would be funny to them too!) And the meniscus is torn in in my right knee and I have 6 herniated discs in my back. Yes, I can drive, but it is very painful to get in and out of the car and walk, not that it is any of their business. I was driving my partner home from the hospital who had a urinary cather in place draining bloody urine. We tried to explain this to them, that they did not really want bloody urine displayed inside their restaurant where people might be eating, but they did not empathize or care. If a rule of “cant take your order no matter what your disability is” is enforced, then the rule needs to be changed. Our handicap placard was clearly visible to them but we should not have even needed one. They ended up losing business through the drive through because we wouldnt leave until the police got there to assist us. So who really got hurt here? They did. Shame on Subway for discriminating this way. They should know they can be sued for such actions. The only thing we did was ask for the name of the manager and they locked the window on us. Shame on all of them.

I ordered online. Half of my stuff was missing. They couldn’t do anything for me but apologize and basically dismiss me. Food taste was average for a subway.

We got the new steak melt.
What a joke.
After waiting for 20 minutes in line, I kind of expected hot food.
Pretty sure they forgot ANY cheese, let alone extra for a melt.
They were very dry, and no green peppers that were ordered on my husband’s sandwich.
Extremely over priced for poor quality.
Really bummed. Subway is usually a safe bet for us.☹️
