Very tastety and good price for the quantity and quality you receive. Cozy atmosphere, a nice place for business meeting or romantic date. Owner is a nice guy that will come out to talk to you if he has time. I believe he is also the cook but not entirely sure.

I’m impressed by of Grazies every time I eat there. The quality of the food, the care in plating and high level of service. The portions are big enough to eat for 3 meals. A little pricier than most places I usually go but well worth the money. The owner always makes it a point to stop by and ensure every table is happy. Some of the waitstaff is a little green, but finding good staff is tough in Fargo. The owner makes up for it with follow through and attention to detail. Top notch, authentic Italian food.

This restaurant was recommended to us by the staff of the hotel we were staying at. We were not disappointed in the least. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing or making us feel rushed. Indeed, all of the wait staff were in constant motion, checking on customers and handling orders in a never-ending blur of activity. Even the owner was out and about ensuring that all the customers were having the best experience possible. As he told us, he feels that “that customer is boss” and that attitude pervades the place. And the food! Everything was flavorful and filling, well worth the price. We will definitely be visiting again, if only to try out more items from the menu!

A must stop!! If you want authentic Italian food you have picked the right place. The food was amazing!! The portions are large and you will have enough to bring home. Everything I tried was super taste and definitely made with love. The owner/cheif even came out to say hi as we ordered. He was such a nice and joyful man. So please go check it out, hands down the best Italian food I have ever had!

Went here on a whim, noticed their backroom and asked to speak to an event manager about our wedding dinner. We met the owner, been in couple times since. George treats is like family and takes amazing care of us. The food is amazing almost everything is homemade. Soups and dessert are always changing because they make them from scratch. Best Italian in Fargo bar none. Cannot wait for our wedding dinner.

Had not been since they reopened, but went for a team lunch. It may have been a rather long lunch, but the service and food were excellent! America is so used to fast…it was nice to actually sit down and eat food, slow down, all knowing it was high quality and prepared to order. Refills for drink were always prompt and met with a happy attitude as well. Very much enjoyed and plan on returning and recommending. Best pasta in town, hands down.

The service and atmosphere was excellent. Very personable, responsive, and definitely made me want to come back.
However, the food fell short. The best part of my dinner was the seeded rolls. The plain roll was stale, soup was canned, and spicy garlic pasta was inedible due to the heavy bath of oil it was in. Unfortunately, the pasta would have been great if they used about 1/4ths of the oil.
That aside, my girlfriend spoke highly of the salmon and enjoyed hers immensely. It was also nice to find a wine special while dining.

Just reopened and while it may have a different owner, the spirit’s still the same. Delicious, fresh pasta. The menu is pretty small right now, but excellently done. It sounds like the are open to dish suggestions and customization to get a better idea of what people like. It’s still pretty new, but very much worth the visit. My rating will probably go to 5 stars after the menu is more established .
