Nice place! The pizza was delicious! Prob one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while in regards to ingredients. The size was great, but the crust was a little too done for my taste. Nonetheless, it was delightful. The server was attentive and very attractive. The atmosphere was clean, inviting, lots of seating, good amount of TV’s for prior to watch the bar was a decent size and the menu was not overwhelming.

I recently placed an order from here for a work party. After submitting the order, I received a call from a woman regarding a salad I had included. I initially thought there was some confusion about the instructions, so I began clarifying how my coworker wanted it prepared. Unfortunately, I was interrupted with the comment, “I know how to read,” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It wasn’t a great first impression in terms of customer service.
When I arrived to pick up the order, the gentlemen in the back and driver that holded the door for me were polite and pleasant. We ordered a pepperoni and cheese party pizza as well as a white sauce party pizza. The pepperoni pizza was fine; however, the white sauce pizza was disappointing. It was very hard to chew and appeared to have little to no white sauce, resembling more of a hard cheese bread than a white pizza.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and based on this visit, I would not choose to order from here again.

Excellent chicken choices though they give you the tiniest amount of pasta with it. I wish they would include butter with the bread. The pizza was good and huge! I’ve been sleeping on this place for way too long! It’s hard to find a place with excellent moist quality chicken!

Dined there on Friday10/17. Meal was good.
Arrived at 5, ordered pizzas. There were 4 of us.
At 6:20 we asked for our check as we were finishing up our drinks.
A man in an orange sweatshirt came to our table & started telling us to hurry up as he needed the table. He came back before our bill was picked up by our waiter & started yelling at us that we were taking too long. He screamed at us repeatedly. It was extremely embarrassing.
One of the waitstaff started to apologize for him, but he kept coming back to our table yelling at us that we had been there 3 hours taking up a table.
This man obviously has serious problems & should not be “ working” with the public.
We had friends at another table wondering what was going on.
We have been going to Sorrento’s since Day One & never have experienced something like this before…. There, or in any restaurant.
All eyes were on our table, and it was totally embarassing.
We will never return…too many other places in town!!

Visited here for dinner prior to a show at the nearby Majestic Theater on a Friday. We were greeted and seated immediately. The menu is diverse with all the traditional Italian favorites and a bar menu of interesting mixed drinks. I ordered the Lasagna with meat sauce. My partner ordered the Chicken Francaise. The meals included fresh bread and salad. The Lasagna was delicious with plenty of cheese, meat, and a generous portion. My partner commented the Chicken in lemon-butter sauce was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. We finished the meal with an amazing piece of “cookie butter banana pie”. The owner, Nick Albano was circulating among guests to insure absolute satisfaction at his family eatery. We will gladly return!

We were in town for Equine Affaire and found this gem. The food was FANTASTIC, the service was FANTASTIC, the whole vibe of the place made for a great evening. If you are anywhere near this place, don’t hesitate, GO!
