I have visited Frank & Lola’s three times in the last week, and each visit has been even better than the previous one. It quickly became one of my favorite places to eat in Nassau.
The service was exceptional. Our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive from the beginning. One detail that I really appreciated was that he asked us if we had any food allergies before taking our order, which shows a level of care that you don’t always see. At the end of the meal, he also kindly offered us take-out boxes because we hadn’t eaten much of our appetizer and the portions are quite generous.
This is clearly not a cheap place, even though pizza is on the menu, but the quality makes it worth it. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with great flavor and fresh ingredients. You can tell that a lot of attention goes into the food.
What impressed me the most was the attitude of the waiter. He truly seemed to enjoy his job and was not just being friendly to get a tip. That kind of genuine service makes a big difference in the overall dining experience.
We had a very pleasant dinner, and the view from the restaurant is beautiful, which makes the atmosphere even more special. There are also restrooms located at the entrance of the restaurant, and everything was clean and well maintained.
Overall, a lovely place with great food, great service, and a wonderful setting. Highly recommended.

Frank and Lola’s is hands down one of the best pizza spots in Nassau! From the moment we walked in, Denise and Lathario made us feel so welcome – their service was friendly, attentive, and full of genuine warmth.
The food was absolutely incredible. The calzone was the best I’ve ever had – perfectly baked, stuffed generously, and bursting with flavor. The Margherita pizza was just as outstanding, with a perfectly crisp crust, fresh mozzarella, and basil that brought everything together beautifully.

Watch out, I think these guys try to pull fast ones on tourists! I ordered a pizza for takeout. They took my card and charged me $50, and when I asked to see a check, she showed me one for two pizzas. I told them I only ordered one, they said sorry , that was a mistake, but assured me it did not process the charge. They then charged me for the actual order – $23, and the next day on my credit card statement – I had both charges. This is supposed to be a Margaritaville! Jimmy would be ashamed. Actually, the pizza was pretty good, I just paid for three of them!

Posted Frank & Lola’s Pizza at Margaritaville, Nassau! This little gem is a must if you are in Nassau. Everything from the wait staff, chefs, atmosphere, and pizza was top notch. We ordered a salad & garlic white spinach pizza which was delicious. Their crust was cooked just perfect & the garlic was not overdone. I love a white pizza & this was one of the best I’ve had! Also the view is wonderful with floor to ceiling glass windows so watching cruise ships, Margaritaville water park & Junkanoo Beach makes the atmosphere so soothing. Make this a stop on your visit. Take out is available too!

Worst meal in Nassau. I have food allergies to red sauce and corn. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and specifically asked for corn to removed from the BBQ pizza. Pizza came with red sauce along with BBQ sauce but it was never in the description. We kept the pizza and as my kids were trying it, they found corn.
Asked to have an additional pizza made. The Margherita pizza said it had garlic and oil and the waitress told me they put red sauce on it too. So I asked to have the red sauce removed. There was no fresh basil ask described. Then they charged for every soda refill my husband ordered.
The waitress was not super friendly, but did the minimum required of her.
Pretty disappointed overall with this establishment and surprised that it is a part of the resort. If I could have given less stars I would have. Save your money!!!

On arrival the host looked like she hated every second being there. When we asked for table for 3 she merely glared and wandered off. Place was empty also….
She “beckoned” us over to a table still not saying a word.
Once we were seated the server was a little more friendly. Took our order and food was fairly fast.
Reason it was fast was because the meatballs were literally cold inside. Marinara sauce was also cold.
My pizza was ok, little soggy and while I expected pesto as I was told it had that on top. Didn’t expect dollops everywhere….
Probably the worst meal we’ve had in Nassau and will not be returning.
Average (slightly below) food I can tolerate when at an in hotel restaurant….but awful service is inexcusable…..if you don’t like people or smiling – then get a job elsewhere….

Came in to try to have dinner. Was told we would have to have the proper attire. No where near the property (mind you, it’s also by the waterpark!) says that you should have proper attire. I was wearing a sweater cover up because we just finished swimming. Would be better to put up those signs so paying customers would follow your so-called rules.
