I dined at the Forks last night. We were a party of 5 with reservations for 6. My wife and I were early but the staff readily seated us in cozy nook at the bar. We got comfortable and were greated by our waitress (Im horrible with names) who was prompt with cocktails. The rest of our party arrived and again- prompt service on all stage: cocktails appetizers and entres. The food and ambiance were fantastic! If you want a warm, down to earth atmosphere with top shelf food, I highly recommend The Forks.

Quaint place. we had a reservation for 2 at 630p. parking lot was full but it is holiday season. seated right away. waitress friendly and responsive. winter salad was wonderful. chicken Louisiana disappointing and chicken pot pie was pretty good. portion sizes were good.

We went for a dinner after a wake. The atmosphere was so nice and quiet. Easy to talk and the food was amazing. The staff was on point as usual.

We went for dinner before a movie Saturday. As usual everything was great and the staff was wonderful! The only problem is that they don’t have French onion or the pork chop with apples on the menu any longer…we really missed them lol also I’ve added the new menu!

Excellent food. Chicken Pot Pie, BBQ roasted chicken and chicken parm were delicious. Amber, our server was amazing, and on a snowy Thursday night….was sweet and terrific. Will be back, when the weather is nicer…so we could sit outside on the porch.

We decided to come here on a whim tonight and man are we glad we did. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was incredibly personable. You could see that they have many regular customers who she seemed to remember and even remember specific details. The food was on point! Everything we ordered was delicious. We got the Southwest egg rolls for a starter, they were perfectly cooked and delicious flavor. We then had our entree. I ordered the chicken parm over linguine. The sauce was incredibly flavorful and the chicken was cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the bbq half chicken and fries. Again cooked to perfection with such a unique flavor combo. Then for dessert we shared the banana brulee pie. This was unique and so tasty. We will without a doubt be back but next time we will make a reservation!

While we stayed at Skytop Lodge we were desperate for a good worthwhile meal. We found Forks on Yelp and were amazed by our experience! The atmosphere is homey, cozy and warm. A fireplace or wood burning stove to add to the comfort depending on the dining area. Our waitress was delightful and friendly felt as if she was an old friend. The food was top notch, soup or salad and fresh HOT bread to start with your meal. I got the chicken pot pie and my husband got the Smokin’ Chipotle stew both of which were the definition of comfort food. We cannot speak highly enough of this gem. We will be back!

Do not order the chicken parm, it was inedible. Forks has a limited menu, so everything should be decent. Chicken was so tough that I couldn’t even cut it easily with a knife & the cheese was barely melted on top? How did the chef allow this plate to leave the kitchen??? We’ve been here 5 or 6 times, but this time was our last. Nice patio-style outdoor area & so cute inside as well. Atmosphere 5 stars, Food 1. Service was satisfactory.
