Took my husband who lived in Italy for over 8 years here in hopes of getting him a great sandwich with real mortadella! They delivered! Amazing food the bread was light and airy but warm and crunchy, not too thick or thin help up all the insides well! Love the Great amount arugula. I look forward to coming back soon! Nice assortment of wine. Good informative service!

Found this place while looking for good sandwiches for lunch and we were amazed! Loved the sandwiches we got. We ordered the Euro and Italian and both were really good! Brian was very nice and gave us a warm welcome and let us try some of their different deli meat. We decided to dine in (technically out haha) and Brian accommodated us the whole time. Great place! We will definitely be back!

Came in yesterday for lunch and to get some steaks. First of all, the sand-which I got was HUGE. It was smoky and delicious. Plenty of meat and the bread was really great too.
Second, I needed some steaks for an anniversary dinner and the New York strips were recommended. The two people I encountered were both extremely nice and gave me some helpful tips for cooking the steak.
I cooked it to 140 which was about 5-10 degrees higher than they had recommended (I like a little more medium) and they came out perfect. The steak tasted amazing and there was enough fat to make some good tallow.
Thank you for the awesome service and meat, I will be back.

What a wonderful experience! Stopped in a whim on a sunny Sunday afternoon and our expectations were blown away. Such a great hidden gem. We did the euro and sausage Italian sandwiches and highly recommend both. The bread is delicious and fresh and the ingredients are refreshing! This quickly became one of our favorite places in Washington. The owner is so warm and kind and made the environment so family friendly for our 2 little ones under 2. The outdoor seating is so cute and perfect for a sunny day. We will be returning and recommending to everyone. Don’t skip out on this place it’s so hard to find good service with fresh food that’s clearly made with love.

My boyfriend and I stopped by this local deli for a mortadella euro sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was fresh, the mortadella was perfectly sliced, and the flavors came together beautifully. You can tell they put care into every ingredient. On top of that, the staff was so warm and friendly they made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. It’s rare to find a spot that delivers both amazing food and genuinely kind service, but this place does exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

I have walked by this place a 1000 times and have never stopped. That change today and I have ONE regret, that is that I didn’t stop in sooner. I opened the door and was greeted by the employees but also the delicious smell of fresh bread and meats! Brian suggested I get the Italian sandwich. I wanted a glass of wine to pair well with the sandwich he suggested a beautiful bold rosé!! I wouldn’t have done that pairing myself but the flavor profile of the salty meat and bright flavors in the wine made for a meal I won’t be forgetting. Do yourself a favor and run here, immediately! I’m still eating my sandwich and can’t wait to try the next thing on the menu.

I ordered myself a Euro sandwich wrapped in parchment paper and took it down to our lovely waterfront. What a glorious sandwich. Fresh warm sourdough bread, a glistening slice of tomato, succulent pink mortadella freshly cut, crisp lettuce, and delectable pesto spread. This is a proper sandwich. The $17 price tag is paid back in the quality of the ingredients.

I wanted to try this place after seeing it on FB. I called to place an order. Brian was short and rude to me. There were no other customers . The sandwich was garbage. Talk about insult to injury. Save your time and money, and Just go to Jersey Mikes.

Girlfriend and I happened upon this place a couple weeks back. At first we tried the burger and I believe club sandwich which were outstanding! GF returned a week later to grab us a sandwich we haven’t tried (I apologize, I forgot which) and the charcuterie board! Amazing food! Highly recommended

Delmonico’s is an absolute gem in Olympia. The homemade deli meats and sandwiches are out of this world — you can literally smell the goodness from the street before you even walk in. Brian, the owner, greeted us like old friends and even had us sample some wines while we chatted. The whole place has such great vibes: warm, welcoming, and full of amazing smells. Ample parking made it super easy, and the conversation made it even better. Truly one of those spots you instantly want to go back to. Highly recommend!
