On 10/29, I ordered two party platters for pickup on 10/31 at 2pm. I arrived a few minutes after 2 to find that the store was closed and locked. They took my name and number when I made the order, I got no call to tell me they were closing early. Did my party platters ever get made? Probably not but now I’m in the lurch. Thanks subway, never ordering from you again!

I am here now @ 340pm and they have a sign on door Closed , OUT OF BREAD AND BREAD OVEN BROKE.
I came on a Thursday evening and they were closed, but the site said open until 1000pm.

The manager at this Subway is openly rude to customers and her own employees! So miserable to everyone.
I’ve had many rotisserie chicken sandwiches. Always cooked separately and drained. THE MANAGER put the chicken directly on the bread with bacon and cheese. When I got it out the whole sandwich was a mush mess. Horribly gross. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
After several unsuccessful attempts to put this review to Subway via email I did here instead.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but this really made me uncomfortable and I regret buying food here. The food was fine, however there was a child behind the counter the whole time sneezing near the food and running back and forth, at one point she was lying on the floor and putting her foot on the bread oven door holding it open. It’s very unprofessional and I fully understand sometimes it is hard to find someone to watch your child, but they should not be behind the counter near food being prepared. Its not hygienic.

Food was good. But I’m not sure if the workers are an entire family that work there or what but they had their child behind the counter running back and forth while the girl was putting together our food. When we went to eat we sat far away from anyone, the little girl followed us and stood behind our table in the corner coughing everywhere and not covering her mouth several times. No employee ever told her to stop. I said something to her then she continued to go to another corner across from us and started coughing again while staring at us. Then she was screaming and running around and no employees said anything to her. We could not eat our whole meal here due to this. We left mid meal and went home. Very unprofessional place.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment due to unsanitary practices. Allowing a child behind the counter to touch food preparation surfaces raises serious hygiene concerns.

Food was good, but incredibly awkward experience. Heather (the General Manager) and Lisa were openly fighting in front of customers. To Heather’s credit, she was telling Lisa over and over to stop, and that they’d talk about it later when there were no customers, but whatever it was Lisa wouldn’t let it go. Not only was this obviously uncomfortable, but it ground the line to a halt despite a line out the door. Took almost 10 minutes to get our one sub through the line. Will not be returning to this location.

Customer service and cleaning are not on their to do list. One of the two employees working thought it was more important to fill food bins than finish making subs for me and the customer in front of me. The tables at the windows were dirty and no attempt was made to clean them while I was there for better than 30 minutes. They were not at all busy, 4 customers from when I pulled in the parking lot till I left.
