This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Lansing area. I come here a couple times a week for a Pink drink. Today I came through the drive through and a sweet lady named Leanne served me. She was incredibly friendly and had the sweetest smile! She is amazing!!

I absolutely love this starbucks. They always get the orders right, and the drinks or food comes out beautifully. I’ve never had to complain about service here, and the staff feel so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this starbucks.

Coffee was weak- like colored hot water. I get Pike’s Place all the time, and this was the worst I have had.
Edit: I visited this location on Nov 15, explained what happened last week, and the barista gave me a complimentary Pike’s Place, and apologized several times for what had happened. The coffee was great. Thanks, Starbucks!

i don’t often leave reviews, but this location blew me away! the bathrooms were sparkling, staff was friendly and attentive, and the food and drinks were well made! we missed one of our drinks, but after a short conversation with Remy they made the drink and even upsized it for us! we will definitely be coming back!
