Buyer beware below.
It’s not necessarily the place. The place is fine. The food is standard McDonald’s food. I almost never eat there (I just prefer other places). But tonight for whatever reason I decided to get food from there.
I also decided to try the cool little “McDelivery” thing. It’s 2026, right? Pay 35% or 40% more to get your food delivered instead of driving for 5 minutes or whatever. Why not burn money? (Basically.)
Well, I waited 45 minutes, then went to pick it up myself. McDonald’s had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned “McDelivery” or “DoorDash.” In fact, they told me they don’t use DoorDash. But it’s on their app, man.
Anyway, I was hungry, so I picked up my food and decided I’d deal with the massive amount of money I spent on a delivery fee and 20% tip tomorrow.
2 hours later I get a push notification on my phone that my DoorDash delivery was delayed and would be arriving at between 9:29 PM and 9:41 PM. I ordered it at 7 PM. Picked it up just before 8 PM.
I followed the hyperlink in the text, clicked on “Help,” chatted with a DoorDash agent. I was told they would cancel my order, which I already picked up myself nearly 2 hours prior, they would refund the tip, but they couldn’t refund the delivery fee. Revenue. At any cost. They did nothing but advertise on the McDonald’s app and just collected my money for a service I didn’t actually use and that wasn’t even delivered to me.
Beware, man. Just go get your own food. Unless you don’t care about burning money, I guess.

Ordered online. Was handed drinks and told to pull into a spot. After 15+ minutes waiting I called. Then I was informed it was a ten minute wait for apple pies. Which is irrelevant. As it had already been 15 minutes. Well another 10-15 minutes before I got my food. And it’ll probably be cold. Don’t see whats so hard. Or why it took over 20 minutes for a 10 minute apple pie.

Normal spent 20 ! Big Mac cold fries very cold chicken rapp hot do not organize order of food cooked. Always have wait in slot in drive up 3 cars behind me got there food before me. Waste of money not sure why I keep giving them a chance . They do breakfast fine they just can’t do reg food well! Disappointing always! We just need to stop and never go back and stop giving them second and third chance!! Buyer beware!! The staff is nice but young.

Ordered breakfast before they were done serving it, but when I arrived to pick it up, said they couldn’t make it and wouldn’t offer any alternatives. After multiple bad interactions with rude staff, app changes, and bad communication or willingness to work with people, I think I am done with this place. It’s definitely gone downhill over the years.

I don’t usually prefer McDonald’s but this was a great experience. Best biscuit I ever had at a McDonald’s or anywhere. Good coffee great hash brown. Not just “good, for a McDonald’s,” but really for anywhere. If only they were all this good. Biscuit was moist, held together and melted in the mouth. Good biscuit flavor. The hash browns were buttery in flavor. I’m not used to that at McDonald’s. Will have to move them up a spot on my list of places to go.

I didn’t know you eat a Burger with a fork. The fries was cold took them back in got some more that was cold and no salt on them. This is crazy we pay for this food and still can’t eat because it’s cold. Come on people this is how you get your pay check is from the customers.

10-15 min wait every time no matter how busy let us fill our own drinks seriously I want a drink while I wait and honestly can do a better job of not spilling it all over the cup

The best mcdonalds location I’ve ever been to. Living in America, that’s quite the compliment. The quality of the food, especially the nuggets, is always better here. You can tell they don’t cut corners, which I appreciate. The workers are also really nice which is a big bonus

This was a quick stop at the Berlin , Wi. Location for 2 regular cheeseburgers . They had me ” pull up ” and wait over 10 minutes !!! Every car that went through had to do the same . I also ordered a chocolate shake and they stated they were out of chocolate so they gave me a vanilla and squirted some choclate on top … never again ….
