Do not shop at this subway, the staff there do not care if they mess up your order! Not even an apology for having to return to the store and get your order fixed! Never going there again!!! I didn’t even get my full refund because the girl didn’t see that the soda was tossed in their trash at the store! Pull up the cameras!!! So disappointed with the poor service and will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! Save your energy and go elsewhere!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews on places even if service is a little off. But this was a whole other level. First off, the server got my order wrong, but along with it, the sandwiches were litterally packaged open faced and were just drenching the packaging and were not cut even a partial way through. And to top it all off, whenever food would drop off the sandwiches, the server then picked up the food that was on non-sanitized surfaces and put it back on the sandwich. Overall I go to this place because it’s close to home and its been fine before, spotty service but fine but after this experience I won’t ever go here again.

Got charged for bacon when I did even add it, the young girl working seemed really nice but guess not. Be careful these employees are trained good I’m actually glad you don’t get your tips, maybe you should stop helping the owners if they don’t help you.

Never again will I buy from this subway franchise. The female behind the counter said they don’t accept the mail coupons & got an attitude with me because I said I like lotsa pickles and olives. … I would rather have spent my money 2 doors down at Romeo’s,where anybody is greeted with a smile.

Placed an order they made both my sandwiches wrong they switched both sandwiches and meats I asked for chocolate chip cookies as well the gave me macadamia nuts instead of what I wanted I tried calling to have the order fixed no one picked up I tried calling a few times to and no body answered

The bathroom was very dirty. They were not short staffed or busy. None of the employees washed their hands before the food was prepared. They were friendly enough and patient. The food was good. Bacon could have been more cooked.

They, first off, don’t usually take the coupons that come in the mail, I don’t understand this. The coupons are for Madera residents and this place is in Madera.
They do get some homeless people and drunks around there, they are not a problem if they are not vomiting or asking for $$ by following you.
They usually have very good sandwiches there but today, I guess the girl was new and having a bad day. She made me the wrong sandwich and I had to keep telling her what to put in my sandwich. Usually they ask if I want mayo or mustard or vinegar and oil or salt and pepper but I had to keep stopping her from finishing my sandwich to ask for those things.
I hope whoever is training her will do a better job of it.

AWFUL DISGUSTING TERRIBLE HIDEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I was awfully disappointed entering this subway location. I had placed a mobile order and they had gotten my entire order wrong!! Wrong cheese, not toasted, wrong meat, and nearly all wrong vegetables. Their vegetables were no where near fresh they were brown and soggy. Not to mention I got sick two days after my order. I come back to this location another time and they get my order wrong AGAIN even though I ask the two girls at the front if they had toasted it this time WHICH THEY DID NOT. Not to mention as I entered the subway it smelled rotten and I come to ask them remake my sandwich in which they gave me an awful attitude and rude looks. They told me “you can wait” and ignored me as I told them to remake my order. When they got their manager EVEN THE MANAGER did my order completely wrong. They continued to give me side looks and laugh at me as I got angry. Awful experience I will never go here again.

I had made a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. There was 2 customers infront of us, with one being a door dash order. The two girls took over 20 mins doing the door dash order & they didn’t even greet us when we walked in. They wasted so much time! They finished doing both of my sandwiches in 35 minutes! Not to mention that when I grabbed my sandwich, everything fell apart and it was all cold and salty! Never been so disappointed. Never coming back to this location again.
