Those was my 2nd time here (first time more of an urgent health break). My 1st incidental visit is what brought me back. The atmosphere was vibrant and the temperature in the dining area was pleasant. Their menu is big, so its good to check it out online. I ordered 1 mulita al pastor con tortilla de harina to go. It was such a wonderful surprise to taste flavorful and moist pastor! I will be going back but I’m stuck on the pastoral so don’t know when I will try anything else LOL. Go check them out!

We uber from here very often. CALITACOS is a staple in our house. Wife and I visited the Chandler location for the first time tonight – beautiful location! Food is so fresh (even when we uber)! I love the Caliburrito – but the whole menu is fantastic. Tortas are phenomenal. Tacos are authentic and so flavorful. Salsas are so good and have a nice heat. Love this place!

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. This was my first time at Cali Tacos—and it was so good I came back later the same day with my family. That alone should tell you everything.
I ordered the birria, a surf & turf burrito, street tacos, and a hibiscus tea—every single item was . Flavor-packed, generous portions, and hands-down some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time.
The space itself was beautiful—clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated for Valentine’s Day (whoever handled the décor did an amazing job). And the bathroom was spotless, which I always appreciate.
Now let’s talk about the staff, because they truly made the experience exceptional. I stopped in around 2 PM, and the two women working the front were amazing—friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. Since it was my first visit, they took the time to walk me through the menu and helped me decide what to order without rushing me at all. That level of care stuck with me and is honestly why I felt confident bringing my family back later that day.
Great food, great prices, beautiful atmosphere, and top-tier customer service. Cali Tacos has officially earned a repeat customer (and family favorite). If you’re in or near Chandler and haven’t been yet—don’t wait. GO.

Okay I don’t know where to start! The staff were extremely friendly and greeted us upon walking in. The vibes are very chill and decorations are very IG worthy! If you go, I definitely recommend getting either the Surf and Turf burrito — whatever sauce it came with paired so well with the burrito — or the Birria Taco combo (came with rice and beans). My boyfriend and I tried a classic lemonade, which had the perfect balance between sweet and tart, and the Michelada. Wow, I would go back and get the Michelada to-go if I could My review won’t do this place any justice — you definitely have to experience it yourself! Birria tacos are amazing with consome.
Update. Not sure if they changed cook. But it was not very flavorful like normal. And there was more onion than meat in tacos. The consome very little flavor and tiny piece of meat.

We ordered the El Pastor Taco’s, the Cabeza tacos and the Cabeza fries. All the food was very good, generous portions and the salsa were very good as well. The service is very friendly the restaurant was very clean. We will be sure to return in the future thank you so much for an excellent dinner.
