I should’ve read the reviews before going. It’s way too expensive for such small portions and poor quality. I got severe stomach upset and can’t sleep. The k-burger and shake were $20—see the photo. Not worth it. Never again!

We had a great table in a big window as the sun went down. Our food came to us neatly arranged on a tray. Only problem to that is the tray is not big enough for all of us to eat from, so we used napkins as makeshift plates as the burgers only have a pocket wrap. Of three of us, two really liked the burgers one did not. He didn’t like the smash burger style. We enjoyed cheese and truffle fries, both were delicious. We also tried the chicken bites which had a nice breading and were cooked fresh you could tell. We all had special drinks so I was slightly shocked at the bill for 3 burgers fries and shakes and some chicken bites. Almost 75 dollars! The staff during our visit was highly attentive but I cannot say it was special enough for us to come back for these prices. Just being honest.

Shake Shack has the best burgers. This location is huge! I was surprised to see crayons and paper for kids color in.

So excited this new location finally opened! They have EV parking nearby, 2 drive thru lanes, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, very quick service, and quality food. They also have catering options with boxes of a dozen servings of burgers and fries.

I usually get the regular Shack Burger, just a single and that’s enough. Then bacon cheese fries and an Oreo milkshake. They always have limited time special burgers and shakes flavors so keep your eyes out on their website for the latest. Like right now they have black truffle burgers and fries.

Great ambiance and friendly staff!

UPDATE 10/27/24

This time I tried the Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich and it was great. I added tomato. I thought it might need extra sauce but it didn’t. My wife joined me and in hindsight we could have shared a single fries with some cheese sauce on the side. She got her favorite bacon double cheese burger with no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato.

Came in for lunch to try something new and was amazed. The service was amazing with the person at the register who took our order being extremely helpful and even read the order back. The food was great, delicious, and overall looked amazing too with the shake I ordered being smooth and not too sweet. The atmosphere was nice, very calming.

Overpriced and dry burger. Fries were good – if you like those frozen kinds you can get frozen from supermarket for same price $5 for whole bag.
Should’ve gone to In-N-Out is better deal, even tastes better.

Have been a fan of Shake Shack since they came to LA and this HB location did not disappoint. We usually go to the Long Beach location off PCH as it’s actually closer to our house but is in a very busy area. I was surprised that it wasn’t very busy at this HB location on a Saturday evening but hey that was fine with us. The food was just what we expected, amazing, and came quickly and freshly cooked. Service was great. Will definitely be back!

I got the shake shack for a delivery order online. They had the food ready quickly and it was delivered promptly. The fries were decent. Your average crinkle cut fry, nothing exceptional. The chicken sandwich was crispy and delicious. The avocado was fresh. No browning! The shack burgers were cooked to perfection. It was a bit expensive, but I will be ordering from here again.

Had a burger at Shake Shack tonight, and it was a tale of two patties. One was cooked to the point of no return—no pink, just gray through and through. The other? Bright red in the middle, almost raw. Not sure how both extremes ended up in the same burger, but it definitely threw me off. Consistency matters, Shake Shack, especially when undercooked meat can be a serious health risk.

Had to try to see what the east coast has been raving about. Well it was a disappointment for sure. Patty was bland. Bun was thin as paper. Had one sliver of lettuce. Way overpriced for what they give you. $10.49 for a double and $7.99 for a single. I don’t think it will survive here on the West Coast. In & Out still reigns as king of fast food Burger .
