Disappointing. Service on a pick up, only customer at around 1:30 PM, was here it is since paid on the app.
Ordered Calzones. Funny name since in some parts of the world means underwear.
Pepperoni was inside, plenty of red sauce, cheese low amount, over all taste below expectations, it just lacks quality.
Chicken a little better but nothing special. The marinara sauce provided distinctively sweet, should have try another type.
Having to bake it did not make it any better besides hot out of the oven. Almost $30. Too much work for lesser results. 2.5 Stars.

No service people were in the store when we arrived and we had to wait about five minutes for someone to show up. I also did not like having no choice about leaving a tip and or how much of a tip I had to leave. Tipping should be totally optional even on the website. There is no reason that I should have to be made to leave a tip.

We haven’t had Papa Murphy’s in awhile it had always been good in the past. I walked into the Notre Dame location today and immediately sensed something had changed. I believe it’s under new ownership but not posted anywhere. The store was clean but the crew didn’t look happy, none wearing masks not sure if wearing gloves and no aprons. There were handwritten Now Hiring signs by register and door.
Ordered 2 pizzas 1 family size 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese(not even extra) and med. cowboy that came up to $33! I know cost have gone up everywhere but that’s borderline Round Table or Mtn Mike prices and those are cooked for you. I almost canceled order but didn’t. The large turned into 1 giant bubble. Caused the cheese to drop in my oven to burn and smoke. My husband tried to salvage it. He poked holes into the cowboy pizza so it didn’t get bubbles. The cowboy turned out better. I believe the sauce has changed. I didn’t care for it at all and wished I’d cancelled. I’m out 33$ for a medium pizza. We won’t be back.

We are super annoyed with this location. This shop never seems to have a manager in. We called 3 days ago regarding an issue and we’re supposed to get a call back. 2 calls later still no response and they are never in the store when we call. They made our order so greasy and oily that the cheese slid off the top and burned into our oven. There was so much of it that it went into the grates of the gas burners making our oven unsafe to use and smoking us out of the house. We had to open the windows when it’s freezing outside and we have a toddler and newborn. Additionally my husband has a medical condition and the smoke caused by this is very dangerous. We are very upset and still waiting on a response from them. Meanwhile we now have to take our oven apart to fix the problem caused by them putting a ridiculous amount of oil. We were not even able to eat.

So my husband called to order 2 of the 9.99 special pizzas today. He asked for the sauce to be changed to white instead of red because the red sauce kills his stomach. They took the order and when he went in it was 40 dollars. When he asked why he was told that because he switched the sauce it doesn’t qualify for the 9.99 price anymore. I could understand if he was trying to add toppings to the damn thing but just to change the sauce is a 10 dollar up charge?? Plus why would they have not told him that on the phone when he first ordered? Not to mention the staff is super rude and smug anytime I have ever went to this store. Papa Murphys in this town is very disappointing.

Kinda annoyed I came to get a pizza before 8:30 to get my family dinner and they closed early door locked and everything and I was noticed by an employee and all he did was stand there and look away. If this store won’t stay open til 8:30 then change your closing times please, this also isn’t the first time it happened to me.

If you have any food allergies or restrictions, ordering online is NOT the way to order from here. The majority of the times I’ve ordered dairy free cheese pizza, it’s either ignored or has regular cheese thrown on top, which defeats the whole purpose of paying extra for the dairy free.
Everything else is good quality- dough, veggies, meats, sauces are all great.

Ordered calzones when they were first available, they were great. Since then, quality, and size don’t warent spending $10.00 for one. I have had to ask for white sauce each time since the first time. The girl today told me she was instructed to only put red sauce with the calzones. The picture on the website shows white sauce with the chicken and garlic calzone. Cutting into the pepperoni calzone, it was hard to find any pepperoni. Probably not going to order this anytime soon. To bad, because it was a great deal to start with.
